You have to love the 21st Century. Thanks to the Information Age, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley and President Obama, the ′stupid′ one, can spar on Twitter. As head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Charles Grassely is none too happy with Barack Obama picking a fight with the Supreme Court of the United States. Obama′s campaign head, David Axelrod, does not appreciate Sen. Grassley tweeting his opinions. But you have to agree with Grassley. Obama is stupid.

chuck grassley obama stupid

On the same day that Mr. Harvard Law School Graduate was warning the nation′s highest court from ruling against a law passed by Congress, Obama′s health care act, the Obama administration had a team in Boston appealing to the Federal court system to overturn the Domestic Marriage Act, or DOMA, because it stands in the way of some legal definitions concerning same sex marriage. Whereas Obama-Care passed essentially straight down party lines, and narrowly at that, DOMA passed with true, genuine bipartisan support and wide margins. So it does not take a former President of the Harvard Law Review to figure out that DOMA′s passage was far less political than Obama-Care.

Sen. Chuck Grassley is well known for his use of Twitter. Some say he even tweets while back home in Iowa riding a tractor. On Saturday, Grassley tweeted, ″Constituents asked why I am not outraged at PresO attack on supreme court independence. Bcause AM ppl r not stupid as the x prof of con law.″ David Axelrod responds with a tweet of his own, ″Heads up, Sen. Grassley. I think a 6-year-old hijacked your account and is sending out foolish Tweets just to embarrass you!″ More like a 6-year-old has taken over the White House for the past 3 years, Dave!

So are you offended that Sen. Chuck Grassley called Obama stupid? Was Charles Grassley out of line for attacking President Barack Obama on Twitter? Or is Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, correct that Obama is the one who went over the top in his attack against the United States Supreme Court? Will David Axelrod find Lassie in time to save Uncle Omar? Like tweets in the hourglass, so does the Capitol turn.
