The February schedule for the 2012 GOP presidential race is a short one. Nevada held its caucus on this past Saturday. Maine has also begun their caucus which goes on for 7 days, concluding on the 11th. The Arizona primary has also begun with some early voting while most of that state, and Michigan, cast their ballots on February 28. We only have one televised debate scheduled for the 22nd to be aired on CNN at 8pm EST.
It should be noted that while the caucuses in Colorado and Minnesota will reward delegates to the candidates, the Missouri primary is merely a beauty contest. The Missouri State GOP caucus on March 17 will actually assign delegates to the summer convention in Tampa, Florida.
