Remember the famous movie starring Sally Field of the young woman whose early life was so fraught with abuse that she developed split personalities? Remember “Sybil”? Turns out the real-life case the film was based on was one big lie.
It was a shocking, surreal story, of course. Shirley Mason, the young woman who was the real “Sybil,” received “treatment” from a quack named Cornelia “Connie” Wilbur a Park Avenue therapist. Wilbur promptly hooked young Mason on all sorts of drugs and then proceeded to discover multiple personalities in this poor waif. Makes for a great story, doesn’t it?
And yet, it was all a fraud.
So says an author of a new book on the case, Debbie Nathan. Nathan bases her conclusion on letters written by “Sybil” admitting to the fraud and other research.
Regardless, it wasn’t long before modern psychiatry once again created new “disorders” to make it seem as if they had a real science going on.
The joke is on anyone that claims that psychiatry is a real science, of course. It is not and never was. All the social “sciences” are far from science as witchdoctory is from real medicine. In fact, psychiatry IS witchdoctory.
But once again we see liberals trying to invent false narratives in order to excuse away behavior and make themselves rich and famous at the expense of others. We’ve seen it with all the behaviors suddenly made “normal” by the quacks in modern psychiatry.
That is why homosexuality went from a disorder to “normal.” The FACT is that homosexuals make up a tiny percentage of any population. That, by definition, makes their behavior NOT normal. But, modern psychiatry has defined deviancy down yet again. These pseudo scientists are now attempting to make child-raping NAMBLA criminals into “normal” people.
So, another left-wing “truth” dies a death of lies, like so many others.

Yes, yes, homosexuality, that big liberal lie.
Normal = good, not normal = BAD!!!
Nice transition too, from homosexuality to “child-raping NAMBLA criminals”.
You are getting to be very good at trolling, Mr. Warner Houston. I commend you.
So … at what age did you make the decision to be heterosexual?

Depression was named a contributing factor to my alcoholism.
So they put me on Paxil to which I immediately tried to kill myself,
Found out I was depressed because I was a junkie alcoholic.
Went right 15 years ago, its the longest I’ve ever been sober.
Giving up “the victim” mentality had everything to do with it.
Its called a “practice” for a reason
