Representative Darrell Issa (R, CA) can’t believe U.S. Attny Gen Eric Holder when he says he knew nothing of the murderous operation called Fast and Furious, a program that put thousands of guns in the hands of Mexican narco-terrorists.

In an appearance on radio talker Laura Ingraham’s show on Monday, Rep. Issa scoffed at Holder’s claims that he was ignorant of the operation.

“We have a paper trail of so many people knowing that the only way the attorney general didn’t know is he made sure he didn’t want to know,” Issa said. “But if you don’t want to know something of this sort then you shouldn’t have the job he has. And ultimately one of the questions is, if he didn’t know, is he that inept that he is dangerous to have as the attorney general, and that is for the president to decide.”

Early in September we discovered that at least three White House officials knew about Fast and Furious. And recently officials have disclosed that even more U.S. crime scenes have revealed “lost” Fast and Furious guns and there was not just two F&F guns found at the site of the murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry but three.

As Issa said, if Holder was blissfully unaware of all this stuff, it was willful, not accidental. He must have run like the devil every time someone in his office mentioned the words “Fast and Furious.”
