According to a report today by Channel 5 in Mission, Texas, a Mexican military truck containing a number of armed men crossed the border from Mexico using the Anzalduas International Bridge into the United States. Mission is a small Texas city near McAllen.
The television station report shows the military incursion onto American soil using a frozen surveillance video of the truck and asserts that American authorities believe that the truck was packed with at least a dozen armed military. It further states that the truck continues on American soil until shortly before it reaches the customs checkpoint; at that point it made a U-turn to head back into Mexico.
I realized it was only a matter of time in this post-NAFTA world that Mexico would decide it might as well annex portions of this country. I didn’t realize though that that time had arrived. I’m now thinking that this is just another benefit to a free-trade world – that foreign nations would determine which parts of our country that they wanted and just take them over. I’m guessing China will soon decide which regions it wants.

Gotta agree with Andy Z on this one. Doesn’t sound like an “invasion” to me.
As for China, we already know what part of our country they’re interested in: our servitude.
