In a new interview with E! Online, America was told Bristol Palin may run for office someday. Could Palin, the sequel, really be something in our future? Find out, and get pictures and video of the young mom below!
Dishing on everything from her son Tripp to her new squeeze Gino, the DWTS runner-up revealed some teasing surprises in her interview with E! News. Living down in Arizona, she says she spends most of her time taking care of her 2-year-old son, and apparently planning her political future.
“If I saw something that needed to be changed, then I would step up to the plate and do something about it,” she said in the interview.
Right now though, there is nothing urging Bristol Palin to run for office, so she’s just focusing on her mother’s political aspirations. Despite the constant attacks on their family by the media, she insists that the majority of America supports her mother, and she said she can’t wait to see her in the Oval Office.
“I think she would be a wonderful president, and I still think that she should run,” she said of her mom. “She’s just so common-sense conservative, just, ‘Here’s what we’ve gotta do and this is how we’re gonna do it,’ and she brings a whole ‘nother aspect to politics because she’s a mom, because she runs a household, and I just think she’s really smart.”
For now, the young Alaskan is aiming her aspirations a little lower for herself. She says she’s considering a job at a local radio station where she might be offered a morning DJ position. I would like to know how she affords a pretty expensive house with no visible means of support as it must cost her at least $5000 a month take home to live her lifestyle. And now she’s contemplating running for public office with all her dearth of education and experiences to presume to preside over others? Stop the madness. The media is so giving her a free ride because of her third rate politician mothers hubris. If white middle class america is this desparate to be heard again, they are investing their few remaining chips in the dubious of people. What can the palins really deliver?

Where is all the concern for others and their “lifestyle” What concern is it of yours (or anyone else) on how she affords it. As long as she is not being supported by aid from the government, it is of no concern.
As far as running for office, that may be something she wants to do in the future. If so, rather or not she has the correct qualifications, will be decided by the voters. Just take a look at some of those elected now and tell me their qualifications.
As far as the media giving her a free ride – Where have you been. Where you even around during the 2008 election or the year or so after? Her decision to have the child was constantly in the media. Her life style was scrutinized. Even her decision to move to Arizona was in the media. You call that a pass?
What can the Palins deliver? That remains to be seen.

Of course she has money – her mother has had a very lucrative two years and Bristol herself is well paid for speaking engagements and probably DWTS. I’d say it’s presumptuous of ANY twenty-year-old with a minimal education to announce future political plans. And certainly with articles like these (remember the US weekly we’re getting married fiasco?) the family has lost all right to cry foul for media attention paid to this particular daughter.

I’m sure Bristol made a mint off of DWTS. She may not get anywhere near the $3 Million an episode that Charlie Sheen does for his TV series, but I’m sure it’s a pretty penny.

Right now I wouldnt take Bristol any more seriously than I would Megyn McCain, though she is no doubt less toxic.
Aside from your obvious contempt, her aspirations are not without merit.
Her income is absolutely none of your business unless its your tax dollars at work.

Right now theres millions of kids from K to high school seniors who aspire to be of public service one day.

At least when I watched Bobby Flay’s Throwdown episode of how to make a real Philly Cheese Steak sub I felt something productive was happening. I really don’t think the palins either m or d, are bringing any product or produce to the American table that TMZ the king of celebrity magazines hasn’t already offered in a much better way. I really dont see them as conservative, just as eccentric Alaskans who seem to have a talent for minting money out their empty calorie celebrity “lifestyle and doings” category. Last time I say palin interviewed she was postively bubbling with her babble like her head was bobbing on a spring. But what she was spouting didn’t even make sense. Personally I think Dog the Bounty Hunter is much deeper and has a real message for people. Both he and flay really bring something uniquely American to the table you can relate too. But comeon, the palin’s are just taking advantage. They need real jobs. Its gotten ridiculous.

I showed up at a junior college with a 4 year degree and all they wanted was my SAT score from high school. Paid the fee to get my scores and was admitted (insert ROFL)
My 2 year degree gave me the most profitable years of my career but my BA gave me the opportunity to diversify.
