J. Eric Fuller has been the toast of the left over the past week because he’s been all over TV blaming Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and the Tea Partiers for the criminal actions of shooter Jared Loughner in Tucson, Arizona last week. But this week Fuller himself is the focus of the very “violent rhetoric” that he and his friends on the left are decrying because he has issued a death threat to a local Arizona Tea Party organizer.

KGUN TV Channel 9 news is reporting that during an ABC taping of a segment titled, “After the Tragedy: An American Conversation Continued,” Fuller issued a death threat to local Tea Party leader Trent Humphries.

Fuller was wounded by the insane shooter in last week’s attack. He was hit in the knee and the back. But apparently his experience in front of that Tucson grocery store and his constant denigration of conservatives for their rhetoric didn’t stop Fuller from his own unhinged actions.

When Tea Party representative Trent Humphries rose to suggest that any conversation about gun control be put off until after the funerals for all the victims, witnesses say Fuller became agitated. Two told KGUN9 News that Fuller finally rose, took a picture of Humphries, and said, “You’re dead.”

Fuller was immediately arrested.

Deputies have now charged Fuller with one count of threats and intimidation, and said they plan to charge him with at least one count of disorderly conduct. Humphries told KGUN9 News that he does plan to press those charges.

One wonders just who the left will blame for this one?
