Not that there aren’t a lot of issues to discuss in the world today, but the Bilderberg 2010 secret meetings came and went with as many mysterious questions surrounding the gatherings as usual. Influential people from all walks of life gather once a year to discuss global economics, world hotspots and at this year’s meeting of Bilderberger’s, global cooling.

The mysterious meeting took place this year June 3-6 in Sitges, Spain. Bilderberg 2010 got underway amid the usual lamentation that those involved were somehow trying to pave the way for a “new world order.” Of course that’s not completely out of the question; but I’d like to focus on a couple of interesting tidbits that emerged from Bilderberg 2010; global cooling for one.

Despite Cap and Trade making a move forward (it was never about climate anyway), global warming appears to be in a steep decline. First we have a series of scandals that discredit the so called science of global warming, Al Gore has effectively been neutered and most people are not in the mood for the argument at the moment, especially since healthcare. Global cooling is the next best crisis to arise. Isn’t it possible that global warming was born in a Bilderberg type meeting of world powers? Why not global cooling? Here I go again with the conspiracies.

Sure, Bilderberg 2010 dealt with global economics, financial reform as Greece and the rest of Europe deal with a debt problem. It dealt with Afghanistan and Pakistan, obvious problems, and it’s unlikely Iran and North Korea didn’t come up in a conversation somewhere. But did they really discuss global cooling thus letting the cat out of the proverbial bag? Here is the original Bilderberg 2010 press release:

The 58th Bilderberg Meeting will be held in Sitges, Spain 3 – 6 June 2010. The Conference will deal mainly with Financial Reform, Security, Cyber Technology, Energy, Pakistan, Afghanistan, World Food Problem, Global Cooling, Social Networking, Medical Science, EU-US relations. Approximately 130 participants will attend of whom about two-thirds come from Europe and the balance from North America. About one-third is from government and politics, and two-thirds are from finance, industry, labor, education, and communications. The meeting is private in order to encourage frank and open discussion.

If you’d like to see who attended the Bilderberg 2010 secret meetings, here is a list. You’ll see familiar names and of course names you’ve never heard of. Global cooling? Maybe they world’s elite just want to figure out how to get ahead of the “next big thing.” I’d love to hear your theories about the Bilderberg secret meetings, global economics, global cooling.
