For the first time since her ‘special friendship’ with former Presidential aspirant and Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate John Edwards was revealed, Rielle Hunter has been interviewed about her situation.

In a GQ interview published today, Hunter, who allegedly bore Edwards daughter, stated that she went to bed with ‘Johnny’ the first day that they met and that she remains in love with him. She believes that the reason that the two of them are not together is because Edwards feared ‘the wrath of Elizabeth.’

She stated that she thought the money provided by Edwards’ donors to her was legitimate and was usually $5,000 to $6,000 per month. The interview is accompanied by photos of Hunter with her child, and ones with her child’s toys revealing much of her outer self.
