The votes have been tabulated and the result is that the 2009 Conservative of the Year is Sarah Palin. The votes were:
Sarah Palin 77.8%
Dick Cheney 13.3%
Glenn Beck 8.9%
None of the other four candidates received any votes. Congratulations Sarah.
