Someone who may be soon refilling his prescription of Viagra is Narayan Dutt Tiwari, the 84-year old Governor of Andhra Pradesh, a state in India. He was reportedly exposed in a sex tape video played on network television in India in which he is allegedly shown in bed with three women.

The Narayan Dutt Tiwari sex tape allegation was played on an Indian television station program called ABN Andhra Jyoti News, the nightly news broadcast from the state capitol of Hyderabad. The video is graphic showing hanky panky with three young women which can best be described as an orgy. The menage-a-four supposedly occurred in the taxpayer funded capitol building residence called Raj Bhavan in India.

The same station was then barred by a court order from replaying the compromising 4-some sex video later in the day. The story was carried around the world sometimes using the alternative Indian spelling of Narain Dutt Tiwari.

Narayan Dutt Tiwari resigned after protests began mounting by women’s groups in India. Funny thing is that U.S. feminists love philanderers like Bill Clinton. Liberated women in India are cut from a different cloth. They burned effigies of Tiwari across the country on Friday.

We should stress that we do not know if he is really the one on the tape. The Indian congress has issued a proclamation saying that he acted on moral grounds by resigning until the matter is fully investigated.

The station reported the news that the governor was outed by one of the three women who says she was bribed for sexual favors earlier. The 84-year old coot did not give the political favor that was promised, she says, so she videotaped him in bed with her skanky pals. Now everyone wants an internet download of an ancient person having sex. Go figure.

As a biography Narayan Dutt Tiwari in the governor of the southern state of Andhra Pradesh, one of several Indian provinces. He is currently also a member of the national congress. Earlier in his career he was chief minister to the state of Uttarkhand in the early 1990s and chief minister to Uttar Pradesh three separate times in the 1970s and 1980s. Obviously nothing will surpass his manly accomplishments as governor.

Born in 1925, he has a storied past in India which he shares with many old time politicians. Tiwari bridged the period before and after British independence. He was arrested for subversive activities against the British government in the 1940s and was almost executed. There were also reports that he has fathered at least one bastard child according to a claim made by Rohit Shekhar, the wealthy grandson of a politician named Sher Singh.

Here is a video of Narayan Dutt Tiwari, but it is of course not the sex tape. We have our standards. A Barack Obama sex tape would be different of course, and entirely newsworthy in our estimation.
