Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky are engaged. The two have been dating since 2005 and sent out an email over the Thanksgiving holiday announcing that they are engaged and looking to next summer for a wedding. Read about it and check out some photos and videos of the couple below.
Matt McKenna, a spokesman for former President Bill Clinton has confirmed that Chelsea Clinton is engaged to be married to her long-time boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky. The couple are said to have become engaged before Thanksgiving and sent out an email the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 27, 2009.
We’re sorry for the mass e-mail but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.
Chelsea Clinton is 29-years-old and is the only child of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Mezvinsky is 31-years-old and is the son of former Iowa Representative Ed Mezvinsky and former Pennsylvania Representative Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky. He is one of 11 children of the Mezvinskys. Their family consist of step-children and adopted children. Ed Mervinsky was released from prison in April 2008 after doing 5-years for investment fraud because of his role in a Nigerian fraud scheme. He is still under federal probation. Mezvinsky was known to use Clinton’s name and his son’s relationship with Chelsea Clinton to defraud family and friends out of millions of dollars. He even took money from his mother-in-law. In the end, he went to prison, bankrupted the family and ruined his wife’s attempt to make a come-back in her own political career. The Mezvinskys divorced in 2007.
The couple became friends as the children of politicians in Washington, D.C. Their parents were good friends and spent a good deal of time together and supported each others political careers. They continued their friendship while attending Stanford University. They started dating in 2005 and have been together every since then. Marc Mezvinsky is an investment banker with 3G Capital Management. Chelsea Clinton is attention graduate school at Columbia University’s School of Public Health. The couple live in Manhattan, New York.
Congratulations to Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky on their engagement. It certainly seems to be a good match for both the couple and the families.

Both sets of parents have similar shady backgrounds. Won’t be a lack of things to talk about at the reception.

I dont really dislike Chelsea for any reason.
Not liking liberals in general doesnt count in this instance.
With that I’ll saqy that at least she can have the assurance that the guy doesnt want her just for her looks
As a matter of fact i’ve always felt sorry for the girl looking the wat she does.
yeah yeah yeah I know, I’m gonna hear it from some hypersensative loon but I stand by my opinion that by general standards shes not that good looking.
With a little nip tuck here and there it wouldnt take much for her to be remarkable. I think shes already had some work done on her chin.
Whats also sad is that everyday she seems to look more and more like her mom.
