Trying to excite the crowd last night at a fundraiser for Virginia State Senator Creigh Deeds in Tysons Corner, Virginia, Barry H. Obama made un-presidential remarks to which the crowd went crazy and no doubt had a collective Obamagasm. Blaming President Bush for the weak economy, Obama tried to make it appear that it was Bush and the Republican that spent us into this recession. While we had a hand in that, the bulk of the blame goes to the Democrats that have controlled congress and the spending since 2007. Obama said, ‘I don’t want the folks who created the mess do a lot of talking.’
Really Barry! Then let it start with you and then Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd and Barney Fwank and the rest of your peps.
At the end of his speech Barry said, ”So you can’t go out there and charge up the credit card, go on an all kinds of things shopping spree that didn’t grow the economy, hand over the bill to us, and then say, why haven’t you paid it off yet. (Applause.) I got that bill from you. (Laughter.) So we’ve got some work to do. I don’t mind, by the way, being responsible; I expect to be held responsible for these issues because I’m the President. (Applause.) But I don’t want the folks who created the mess — I don’t want the folks who created the mess do a lot of talking. I want them just to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess. (Applause.) I don’t mind cleaning up after them, but don’t do a lot of talking. (Applause.)
To see the whole speech, if you must, here is a link to it. He made the above remark towards the end of the speech.
Then we have the Obama House calling his Union thugs to get out there and fight for health care at these town hall meetings. This is how Barry H. Obama ran things in Chicago when he was a big important community organizer. You know working with ACORN and any other Left Wing Nut group who protest anything for a living. He said today that they (The Obama House) will double punch back.
When we can no longer have a say in our laws and how the government should work, we have lost our freedom and our country. Had you Liberals been listening to Barry with your ears instead of your rears, he told us he was going to “change the fundamentals of American.” Take away our right of free assembly and free speech and the rest is easy.
ST. LOUIS TOWN HALL MEETING - PEOPLE BARRED AS UNION MEMBERS ENTER
Welcome to the Chicago way. We can’t allow concerned citizens in here. ACORN would not let people in without a Union shirt on.
Sorry if you oppose reform you can’t enter
Rep Kathy Castor has her union thugs shut the doors on people with opposing opinions.
The crown begins to shout, “ YOU WORK FOR US, YOU WORK FOR US….”
She left without taking any questions.
Shut-up and get out!
Did I miss it but did President Bush ever tell us to shut up and get out of the way? I think it is sad that Barry H. Obama hates America so bitterly that he would say, ‘I don’t want the folks who created the mess do a lot of talking.’ Never in our history have we had a president so bitter and hateful.

God bless these patriots standing up to Obama. He has NEVER produced a birth certificate, is NOT legally president but he’s going to cram socialism down our throats? NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE = NOT PRESIDENT! We need one of our OWN KIND in the white house! STOP TAKING MY ECONOMIC FREEDOM! Republicans are the only thing standing in the way of BO and the complete destruction of the Republic!
August 7th, 2009 at 6:51 pm
I wish the president could clean up the mess from the last 70 years of unopposed government usurpation of power and rights.
When you surrender 45% to 50% of the nation’s income to government, you get the type of corruption we’re now seeing. We’ve already conferred too much power on our government, but it will never be enough, and we’ll never stop giving because too many seek a return.
Those in power will demand more and expect thanks and gratitude for the crumbs returned. I no longer see Republicans and Democrats — I only see the majority and opposition. Unfortunately, the opposition never seems to be motivated by principle, but rather pure political gain.
August 7th, 2009 at 8:12 pm
So I take it that Obama wants Pelosi to shut up.
August 7th, 2009 at 8:51 pm
This is so scarry. I’m an older American and never since the civil rights days have I seen such potential for violence. People are just fed up. I never thought G. Bush would look good but hey, he’s a real classy gentlemen next to our current president who really, just really reminds me of a Chicago thug. Telling the American people he doesn’t want a lot of talking from those who created this mess? Really Mr. President, do you forget which country you represent? I can’t imagine any former president saying such a thing, and publicly. We have stooped to the lowest rung.
August 7th, 2009 at 8:53 pm
All you need is a little accent to get the jest of his statement:
You vill not speak of such things.
August 8th, 2009 at 1:53 am
Wow, what a select group of “honest” elected leaders we have. Let’s see, where to begin? William Jefferson, Randy Cunningham, Ted Stevens, Rod Blagojevich, Edwin Edwards, John Edwards, Larry Langford, Don Siegelman, John Ford, Dianne Wilkerson, Ted Stevens, Jim Traficant, Kwame Kilpatrick, Marion Barry, Chris Dodd, Kent Conrad, Mark Sanford, John Ensign, Bill Clinton, David Vitter, Bill Richardson, the mayors of Hoboken & Secaucus New Jersey, Kevin Johnson, John Doolittle, Jim McGreevey, Eliot Spitzer, and on and on and on…these blatantly unethical and often corrupt people think I’m going to allow them to tell me how to go about my business? How to run my life?
Are they NUTS! I don’t give a crap what ANY of these people want me to do….NONE of ‘em has a damned thing on me. I’ll put my God-given skills and talents up on a table against ANY of ‘em any day, any time, anywhere.
I roll thru life how I see fit…PERIOD, end of story!

Listen obama is a raving glory hound who knows he’s screwed, because crap and tax is doomed, stimulus was a failure, and universal healthcare is not going to get passed do to a lot of opposition from the mob according him. He’s a spoiled rotting brat from the media, because everyone spoiled him even Fox. I feel bad for Huckabee do to obama stealing his media attention he was not as famous from that as he really deserved, because here was obama talking about hope and change, he’s a black man, and he beat Hillary in Iowa. Now everyone knows he’s not the messiah after all.
August 8th, 2009 at 9:10 am
I agree that we have not seen this country in such turmoil and with such hate since the demonstrations of the sixties. I had hoped that with obama as president we would become a post racial society. It seems that if you don’t agree with this president you are labeled a rascist.
Personally, I have never been so scared for my country, myself and my family.
I really have a feeling that there will be violent riots in the streets, and somehow I feel that’s what these elitist politicians want. We are weak when we are divided.
I know people are scared and angry but we need to agree that we disagree and focus on what is really in these bills and decide what we want and how to communicate this to our representatives in DC.
God help us.
August 8th, 2009 at 9:17 am
What’s scary is the hatred and vehemence that is expressed here. It makes me actually fear for the President’s life.
The most important thing for Obama politically is for the economy to turn around. It’s showing some signs of life. Unemployment is always the last thing to get better after a recession. It puts you in a bad position, because the thing that would be the best for America right now is bad for you.
It is sad that the RNC and much of the major media panders to right wing extremists like all of you, for political reasons. It is a dangerous game. Somewhere there’s a gun nut who listens to Limbaugh’s insanity all day, and Glenn Beck, and all the rest of the conservative talking heads spewing their hate, who’s going to take it a little too seriously when he or she sees a picture of the President of the United States dressed up like Hitler, or called a socialist, or whatever.
So my message to you and your ilk is, tone it down a little, before you have blood on your collective hands.
August 8th, 2009 at 9:29 am
Whatever Klo, Limbaugh and Beck are not inciting violence. Neither have ever advocated using violence, please give one single cite where either of them have done that. This is all some left-wing wet dream where some whack job nut goes and offs someone because “Rush Limbaugh told me to!” In the mean time, you have actual left-wing thugs committing violence, all in the name of Barak Obama, such as the Black Panthers who show up at polling places to intimidate voters and union thugs beating on conservatives at town hall meetings. The problems is that you liberals project your own liberal violence fantasies on conservatives and in the same breath say you are the ones scared of us. Spare me your false outrage and concern.
August 8th, 2009 at 9:53 am
Really obama’s cabinet doesn’t direct the black panthers. come on. But I challenge you this, just watch limbaugh bouncing off the walls manically and how his distorted projective thinking puts the very blame of his own agitation on others. Beck has these tendencies too. There is a mental melt down going on in the right frankly and their intense anger is showing. I think they are using this to reject obama, his policies, even his color in the white house. Its well-documented that corporate and even very rich private oil money financed pac’s of right wing descent and corporate lobbying interests with the health insurance industry for example, and are targeting these town halls and using an assortment of well known shut down tactics. You just can’t say otherwise and be taken seriously. THis is thier version of brownshirting. To remain objective to the facts is apparently not very popular right now as they really want obama out of the white house. But these people do not speak for the vast majority of us out there but are leveraging all the media they can with a weird fusion of christian right and republican right and right wing tactics. Klo is right, they are stirring up some unstable people in our society as well. This is the worse I have ever seen it in America. Absolutely ethically bankrupt too. In fairness I dont’ see anywhere near the “thuggery” you claim on the part of the dems regarding this. It started in the right and has only gotten worse. Its natural that now there will be some kind od democrat response. But the right and corporate financing started it, and fox news has unethically fueled it by not being analytical enough. they lie when they say they are fair and balanced. Now you can disagree with the specifics of some of the proposals, but nobody is really having that discussion. Its become an anger shoutdown and all about control. They are voiding the election essentially. Just like they did with gore with the brooks brothers riot, several of whom rose up the right wing ranks into the white house and so called private foundations afterwards. The level of manipulated cynacism just amazes me.
August 8th, 2009 at 10:23 am
Brian, the health insurance companies gave Obama $18 million dollars, there is PAC money all over the place. The anger is real, these are not bussed in protesters, these are people who are really scared and pissed about what Obama is doing to our country. Why is it that only the left can be legitimately outraged, but when the right is, we’re either dangerous gun-toting psycho teabaggers or corporate stooges? As far as I know, the left is side who does the bussed in protests, there is no evidence that the right is doing this with these town hall meetings. I live in St. Louis and know people who went to the Carnahan meeting. They told me that the conservative protesters were just regular folks who were upset, but the Democrat protesters were basically all union thugs sent to intimidate. So, where is the violence?
August 8th, 2009 at 10:31 am
just review rachel maddows coverage, and olberman’s msnbc coverage of the whole thing all week. They have quite a bit of detail on the funding, the lobbiests, the various pac’s and the insurance industry as relates to all of this. Much more detail than anything fox or any other right wing source I have seen blamming this on the left. Its true. And yes there is a certain element of white, somewhat middle aged to near retirement people who just hate obama and are using this as a “venue” to chime in. Its really a rejection of his presidency. Could he had done a smarter job communicating with the American public, yes he could of. Policy wonks just don’t get it. Should he had stayed home working on this instead of traveling overseas, yes it would have helped. Are there some issues that worry people? well the fear being eggagerated in the media, the lies, the propaganda, the clever Dick Army program, the washington lobbiests, the Insurance companies now seeing obama means to do reform, yep. The plan hodge podge being written by congress was a strategy to empower the people rather than obama simply dictating it. Would I do some things different in it, sure. Actually only a small part of it is really troubling to private enterprise.
August 8th, 2009 at 10:38 am
The angry people are basically using health care as the excuse to vent their general dissatisfaction with the first black president with a fairly ethnic cabinet(read nonwasp white, though you have hillary and bill)(and pelosi and sotomayer and rahm–huge shift in demographics of the top leadership class). and the lobbiests and special interests and right, or is it extreme right? is capitalizing on this and manipulating these people. Its absolutely the most professionally done cynical manipulation of the lay public I have ever seen.
Private interests are adamantly opposed to a competitive public payor, a lot of money is at stake. I really had no idea of the many morphic forms special interests took in washington and how much they manipulate our national conciousness.
August 8th, 2009 at 11:58 am
I was wondering who that one person was who watches Rachel Madcow. I would have bet it was Klo-less.
“…who’s going to take it a little too seriously when he or she sees a picture of the President of the United States dressed up like Hitler, or called a socialist, or whatever.”
Hey Klo-less, where have you been for the last eight years?
August 8th, 2009 at 12:23 pm
“I don’t want the folks who created the mess do a lot of talking. I want them just to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess.”
I hope he remembers that statement after he’s out of office. Carter and Clinton sure couldn’t understand the concept.
Maybe he could write a book. It would be a new experience for him.

[...] Report, more, Obama’s Whole speech [...]
August 10th, 2009 at 7:14 am
George Fallon said:
Blaming President Bush for the weak economy, Obama tried to make it appear that it was Bush and the Republican that spent us into this recession. While we had a hand in that, the bulk of the blame goes to the Democrats that have controlled congress and the spending since 2007. Obama said, ‘I don’t want the folks who created the mess do a lot of talking.’
The Republicans took control of the Congress in the 1994 election. They were the party in control of the House from Jan 1995 until Jan 2007. The first budget that the Republican House passed was for fiscal year 1996 (Oct 1, 1995 – Sept 30, 1996). The last budget that the Republican House passed was for fiscal year 2007 ( Oct 1, 2006 – Sept 30, 2007)
Here are the federal Budget outlays (and +Surplus/-Deficit) for each year from fiscal year 1996 until fiscal year 2008.
1996 $1.560 Trillion (-107.4 Billion)
1997 $1.601 Trillion (-21.8 Billion)
1998 $1.652 Trillion (+69.27 Billion)
1999 $1.703 Trillion (+125.6 Billion)
2000 $1,789 Trillion (+236.2 Billion)
2001 $1.863 Trillion (+128.2 Billion)
Bush Presidency Begins
2002 $2.011 Trillion (-157.7 Billion)
2003 $2.160 Trillion (-377.5 Billion)
2004 $2.293 Trillion (-412.7 Billion)
2005 $2.472 Trillion (-318.8 Billion)
2006 $2.655 Trillion (-248.1 Billion)
2007 $2.730 Trillion (-162.0 Billion)
Democratic Congressional control
2008 $2.982 Trillion (-458.5 Billion)
Fiscal year 2008 ended on September 30, 2008
The Republican Congress accounted for $24,489 Trillion in spending and $1.246 Trillion in debt during their 12 years. During the first six of those years, the tally was $10.168 Trillion in spending and a 430.0 Billion surplus. That was with Bill Clinton as President. Once Dubya took over the tally sure as hell changed. In those six years, the Republican Congress spent $14.31 Trillion with a deficit of $1.6768 Trillion.
Talking about deficits, as of August 6, 2009, Obama will have been in the White House for 198 days. The National Debt has increased by $1.033.3 Trillion in those 198 days. That is a big increase. Fortunately, it was not as big an increase as during Dubya’s last 197 days in office. During Dubya’s last 197 days in office, the National Debt increased by $1133.3 Trillion.
The fact is that both the Democrats and Republicans are equally to blame for the financial situation we are in. When you make claims that “ the bulk of the blame goes to the Democrats that have controlled congress and the spending since 2007”, anybody with a brain can see through that distortion of the truth.
What do you do all day? Do you just sit around listening to some drug addict on the radio?
I am going to assume that you do, based on the kind of things that you try to pass on people. Perhaps it is time someone spelled it out for you. I wish I could do this in pictures but I only have text as a vehicle for this. Hopefully, when you see the text, you will get the picture (if you are still capable of independent thought). Are you ready?
August 10th, 2009 at 7:17 am
That increase in the National Debt during Dubya’s last 197 days was 1.1333 Trillion, not 1133.3 Trillion. (typo)
August 10th, 2009 at 8:01 am
By the way. The numbers that I listed under (+Surplus/-Deficit) in my post above were the ‘on-budget’ numbers for those fiscal years.
The total Public debt outstanding for the United States Government was:
9/30/1995 $4.9739 Trillion
9/30/2001 $5.8074 Trillion
Under the Republican Congress and Bill Clinton, the total public debt outstanding for the United States Governemnt increased during that six-year period by $833.5 Billion.
The debt then increased in the next six years to:
9/30/2007 $9.0076 Trillion
Under the Republican Congress and Dubya, the total public debt for the United States Government increased during that six-year period by $3.2002 Trillion.
August 10th, 2009 at 8:11 am
Dennis,
You are absolutely correct. Too many people try to politicize their arguments and, thus, make outlandish statements.
Spending increased drastically under President Bush. Some of that was the Medicare drug plan, but far from all of it.
It would be interesting to see what would happen if we actually got a conservative in office, of either party, who would insist on a balanced budget immediately.
They should go through the budget line by line (souond familiar) and cut unnecessary spending.
Have a great day.
Frank

KLO:
“What’s scary is the hatred and vehemence that is expressed here. It makes me actually fear for the President’s life ”
I’ll tell you what KLO.
When you start seeing Obama being burned and hung in effigy like you guys did with Bush then you cant start worrying, okay ?
———————————————-
Dennis.
Why dont you compare what Obama has in his first six months has projected to spend in the next 4 years comapared to what Bush projected in his first 6 monthsd to spend in his first term ?
I love all your numbers and logic but basic math and anyone who is the least bit informed knows that this president is going to outspend and out hock any president or administration preceeding him. The fact of the matter is, and history proves it, dems have always been the biggest spenders and taxers, Obama will be no exception and by all things evident will take the trend to a whole new level..
Spending has always increased under each administration progressivly due to a number of reasons, inflation etc… But there is no doubt that this president has broken that rate that scale goes by.
You can spin it any way you want but the majority of this country is not up in arms over spending like never before for no reason at all.
Frank.
Seeing as how much of this fiscal logic of Obamas is remenescent of a Carter mentallity, what we need is the model of what Reagan did to much of Carters programs and subsidies being given out everywhere after he came into office. One of the first things Reagan axed was all the subsidies Carter was “illegaly” giving to corn farmers so we could produce more of that offshoot b*tch to environmentalism “ethanol”.
August 10th, 2009 at 8:54 am
Brian;
“The angry people are basically using health care as the excuse to vent their general dissatisfaction with the first black president ”
Brian…
Shut up.
August 10th, 2009 at 9:15 am
Frank,
At least you understand. Mickey certainly doesn’t.
I only posted the numbers from the 90’s. The fact was that the Nationl Debt increased from 907.7 Billion to $2.602 Trillion in the eight years that Reagan was in office.
When Obama took office, the debt stood at $10.626 Trillion. If the debt were to go up at the same rate as it did under Reagan, after four years the debt would reach $18.004 Trillion, and if he got another four years it would reach $30.5 Trillion.
I think highly of Reagan, but I certainly hope that we don’t duplicate Reagan’s accomplishment with the debt.
August 10th, 2009 at 11:11 am
I understand perfectly well Dennis.
Even though your numbers only reflect the 90s they still eflect complete terms. Do you understand that concept ?
Obama has already comited us to 9 trillion in the next 10 years, add dont even get me started on congressional discretionary spending
After inheriting only a $1.3 trillion annual budget deficit from Bush, Obama pushed through $787 billion in short-term spending and tax cuts designed to make up for the private sector whom he scared the crap out of and are bailing overseas
Results from Gallup last week show that even though six in 10 of us approve of Obama’s job performance, fewer than half of us say we approve of how he is handling the deficit and controlling federal spending. The poll also shows a serious from the previous month in the percentage of Americans who approve of Obama’s handling of the economy, although a majority still does. So as I said, your logic and math all look really reat on paper/print but the fact is that you cant hide the 800 lb. gorilla called Obamas spending
At a town hall in N. MexicoObama himself acknowledged that his “long-term deficit and debt that he’s accumulated (small portion from Bush) is unsustainable.”
Wash post;
” In April, he publicly instructed his Cabinet secretaries to find $100 million in savings, a fraction of the more than $3 trillion annual budget.”
Weve got China whos worried that our buck wont be worth so much when time comes to trade back, add on the cost of extending health insurance to the 47 million uncovered americans is estimated to come close to $1.2 trillion over the next ten years never mind the other 100 million who will eventually be forced into it.
You can put up all the mnumbers you want and try and presentation you want but the fact is that in my 50 years of watching the executives spend I’ve (and the rest of the country) have never seen spending on a scale like this before. I dont see how any sane person could possibly argue that and keep a straight face. But oif course that would be the same mentallit that thinks its still a valid argument to use Limbaughs adiction gainst him. Which by the way was an involuntary addiction that is protocol for anyone going under the treatment he was taking.
When you throw that petty and easley counterd claim against Rush out there right away all bets are off as far as trusting anything else you have to say.
His addiction was brought on by clinical prescribed reasons. He is not of the mentallity or mindset that aquired the addiction thru recreational means. What happens is that when treatment ceaces the doctors will almost always put you on a prescribed gradual withdrawal protocol program. It doesnt always work the first time as opiates next to alcohol are the hardest to kick.
Reagan, Bush Sr. and Jr. all had wars to fight. A productive spendding that saved our country. Spare me.
All Obamas spending is based on fear mongering boogeyman techniques and designed only to trap the country into a dependence on the fed so as to garner votes in 2012.
