Stefan Frederick Cook is a U.S. Army Reserve major with orders to deploy to Afghanistan. He has just filed a lawsuit in federal court, stating that he refuses to follow Barack Obama’s orders because Obama has not proved his eligibility for office.
According to Cook’s legal filing, until Obama produces an original certificate of live birth, our armed forces is “merely a corps of chattel slaves under the illegitimate control of a private citizen.”
Apparently, the copy produced by Obama above during his Presidential campaign, does not satisfy the conspiracy theorists.
We reported on Obama’s birth certificate controversy here. To make a VERY long story short, many conspiracy theorists claim that Obama is a foreign-born individual and therefore is not constitutionally allowed to be President of the United States. This fact has been covered up by our government on many levels, because countless state and federal employees are in on the conspiracy and are willing to lie on behalf of our President.
Stefan Frederick Cook is represented by Dr. Orly Taitz, who is one of the foremost proponents of the “Obama is a foreigner” conspiracy theory.
Pardon my sarcasm.
So far, I’ve seen nothing that makes this group of conspiracy theorists any more credible than the “9/11 was an inside job” nuts. In fact, the two groups contain many of the same people.
Here’s my answer to conspiracy theorists: Keeping a secret like this requires a level of competence that our government does not have.

The government has to not cover up anything, All that has to happen is for Obama be forced to release his Long form birth certifcate with length, weight, hospital, doctor, time, etc, along with his college records to show he wasn’t a foreign student. Also Obama never bothered to fill out a SELECTIVE SERVICE registration until 2007, and will not release it. do you think that maybe it is possible he didn’t fill it out because he wasn’t a U.S. citizen? the only people coving for Obama is the media. Buddy, get your head out of your ass and quit being so smug.

If this issue had anything behind it, a political assassin would surely have fired his bullet by now. There’s no way that everyone involved in a fraud of this scope would remain loyal to the President. Somebody would blow the whistle for his own personal gain, sooner rather than later.

Why did my daughter have to obtain a birth certificate to get a college loan? The Federal Govt would not accept the Certificate of Live Birth from the State of Texas (issued in 1972).
It does make one wonder??? Guess Obama did not have to get loans for college.

I don’t believe in the Easter Bunny, or Santa Claus or Peter fuc*in Pan but I don’t believe Obama is an American citizen either. However, it should be simple to put this issue to rest. Just produce a VALID birth certificate. There are certainly other issues to hammer this guy about but I don’t think this birth certificate issue is all that whacky just yet. There must be readers born in Hawaii about the time that Obama was. Does your birth certificate look like his?

There is no requirement to produce a long form birth certificate, so the burden of proof is on you to prove the need for one, kid.
The one provided up top has been certified by the state of Hawaii, so you would need a cover-up that runs through Hawaii, Obama’s staff, and the courts that have already said there is no need for a long form birth certificate.
You’re an idiot, kid. Please learn the basics of law and burden of proof if you expect a little respect.

Now my stance on the birth certificate is very simple. There’s no point in doing this simple, because no matter how much proof we get there’s going to be a liberal supreme court and a liberal congress that will just laugh at us if we ever tried to impeach obama for this. So what I say is yes he should show his original birth certificate which I don’t think he really has. Now this is completely pointless of an issue, because we’ll probably never get enough proof. I do think the writer is wrong by saying they have as little proof as those 9/11 nuts. Yet the should be focusing on things like Crap and Trade,Porkulus,healthcare,this massive budget plan, and all of the other crap that if I where to name I would be hear for hours. So I guess I’m going to have to do a top ten issues that we should be looking at which are more important than this. Also I will not mention Stimulus as a number, because I’m going to bring it up in other areas.
10. Foreign Policy because obama is a bigger pussy than Jimmy Carter on foreign policy. Kissing ass has done us no good so far. Now I think it would be great to have a humble foreign policy, but when other countries like North Korea say they want to kill us than we have to try to push them around.
9. Freedom because like every other liberal leader in history obama wants to take away our rights. He’s increasing restriction through crap and trade and fear. Global Warming is the biggest nonsense ever created to take away our rights. Gun control is also just another joke to help create taxes. And through obama tobacco regulation were just taxing some more.
8. Education because obama education plan is just a joke to spend more money. The Department of Education under Bush spent 65 billion dollars a year. Now that’s a lot, but obama has increased the spending there a lot. Now there’s also what he said to the Muslim world about making it so that colleges accept just as many Muslims as they do whites. Now I would have nothing against this if they get grades better than other people. Personally I think they should get rid of that box that says race. That also means I don’t support minority scholarships, because we should be looking purely at grades and extras. Also he in a speech I want every American to attend college, but does he realize how much that will cost us. It’s simple impossible and it’s just another big government move for obama. I support school choice, because it’s freedom at it’s best.
7. High Taxes because it’s the fear of what will happen if obama does healthcare,stimulus,education, and all of the other big government spending programs. And high taxes will come soon with the big government spending. I believe even with the Bush tax cuts they were still to high, but there going to get much higher easily. If I was in office there would be one tax and that’s a 15% sales tax.
6. Immigration because obama is going to cut border spending and let our illegals become citizens to easy. If I were in office I would find businesses who don’t do citizen checks on employes. And this is a reasonable use of government, because it would create twice as many jobs as any of obama proposals. Also I would increase border security as President.
5. Energy issues because obama is being an absolute idiot on energy. He’s taxing to try to fix the problem when it’s only killing our economy. Also the regulations will cost us a ton of money when there passed. We have a two inch fish in California costing us 80,000 jobs. And we have more natural gas than Saudi Arabia and we choose not to use it. Also Nuclear Power which has no carbon emission we say know to. If I was in charge we would use my Social Security plan which you put money into renewable energy such as Nuclear Power and you get the revenues. Also drill everywhere you can drill.
4. Healthcare because obama socialized medicine will lead to the destruction of medicine. Now is it just me or has obama really slowed down on this in the last month. Probably the biggest cause of this is the only people who really can support it are those who need it. Also I’m happy to say there have being rallies for Socialized medicine where more protestors than supporters have showed up. Also Michael Moore did a documentary on socialized medicine in Canada. Now he says they spend half as much as we do now that’s true, but it’s only for two reasons one we have less people than them and two they don’t have as many fat losers like Moore who need surgery constantly. Also he fails to mention that in Canada there are people who come to America, because they need surgery and there saying it will take six months. When in America you can get it done in two weeks. Or how in America 80% of people with prostate cancer live five years where in england it’s 40% who survive 5 years. So are we really going to trade are better system with one that’s inferior. Now if I was in office I would have the Fair Tax which give people the ability to balance there budgets and purchase healthcare. Also I would let people have the freedom to cross state lines for healthcare purchase. And I would only allow people to receive medicaid if they go through an audit proving they can’t afford it. And when there back on there feet make them pay the loan back this also works for welfare. Now after that there shouldn’t be much more government besides helping to cut cost. And as for the 15 million people who can’t afford it give them jobs. Also work to get more doctors there than there are now. Really the thing is you need to lower cost to help the middle class. And under the Gold Standard inflation would go down.
3. Inflation because there is so much of it. I’m mad at Bush for lowering the dollars value 20% over 8 years and every other leader who increased inflation. Also do you know the dollar to day is worth 4 cents to the dollar of 1904. Now inflation is going to get much worse under obama, because of all of this spending and debt. Also when we lose employers do to high taxes to China than were worse off. We as a country will have at the end of obama have a $13,000,000,000,000 deficit. That’s why I support a balanced budget amendment with a Gold Standard. Simple because will never have another deficit and our dollar becomes valuable again, because will have something backing it up. And you can go to a mint and say with your dollar give me 1 dollars worth off gold and they will. And because gold prices never drop that much and they have being going up your dollar will become more valuable. Also prices fall and things become cheaper that even goes for healthcare. So under obama where eventually just going to get wiped out by inflation. Debt to me is as big of fear as terrorism.
2. The War on Terror because obama is putting us in a state that was pre 9/11. And may I say that’s just plain not good, because it will lead us to another 9/11. Now I do not support Iraq I think it was done for oil and I’m happy were getting out, but hat still doesn’t make up for the other crap. Also Biden once said we’ll be out of there by 2012. So obama really isn’t getting of war, because he’s sending them to Afgan which is crap. Also him saying it’s OK for Iran to have a nuke if just stupid. Now if I was in office I would have a million troops and you can pay for that trough getting out of Iraq and eliminating US intervention in other countries similar to Ron Pauls plan. Now with that said obama is a wimp on foreign policy.
1. Recession because it’s by far the biggest issue to Americans right now. Also because obama has done crap to fix the economy. Now I’ve pretty much already said how to fix the economy so I’m just going to stop now.
So overall we have focus on these issues rather than something the liberal supreme court would just laugh at you for.

This argument reminds me of something that happened recently in my family with regard to a Birth Certicicate.
My brother recenly had most of his throat removed due to his exposure to Agent Orange while he served in Viet Nam in 1968.
He was required to produce his Birth Certificate as part of the application for Disability Benifits as a Vietnam era veteran. The problaem was that the State of New York had no record of his birth.
This was perplexing to our entire family, because we all remember my mother telling us that he had been born in New York in 1946. In the meantime, my brother’s disability payments were non-existant, because he could not produce a Birth Certificate.
Although it was hard to talk to him (his vocal chords were gone), we were able to ascertain that he had NEVER seen his own Birth Certificate. That led us to something that we would never have thought of. Maybe, in spite of what our mother told us, he was born somewhere else.
So…we checked with my mothers state of birth, and to our amazement we found that my brother had been born there…not in New York.
He was able to get a certified ‘Birth Certificate’ from that state and submit it. Sure enough, a few months later his application for diability was approved and he was given two years retroactive disability pay.
Guess what. The certified copy he received looked a lot like the form posted at the top of this thread, although it was from a different state. It seems that many, if not most, states are now issuing those ’short form’ certificates if you request a copy, even if you were born decades ago.
My wife even has a ’short form’ certificate from Virgina.
