The U.N.’s conference to abate all forms of racism and intolerance got off to a rocky start when the world’s most racist Head of State, Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, blasted Israel. Many diplomats got up and walked out. You can see the exit and hear Ahmadinejad’s speech in the video below.

Gathering in Geneva today, the U.N. fancies that they can rid the world of racism. They have a document to prove it. The document is their plan. The problem is, the document ignores the atrocities of their some of their own member nations…among the guiltiest human rights abusers in the world.

The U.N., unbelievably, chose human rights abusers to head this distinguished confab. Iran is the conference Vice-Chair, Libya is the Main Chair and Cuba is the Rapporteur. Does it get anymore ridiculous than that? If the matter were not so serious, it would be hilarious.

Underneath all the talk of racism and intolerance lies one truth: the Muslim members of the U.N. cannot abide Israel’s existence, and they have no use for the West either – meaning no use for infidels. The documents guiding the conference call for all forms of racism and intolerance to cease. It calls for “one human family rich in diversity.” The document requires that every member nation “never forget genocide,” yet Iran’s Ahmadinejad, the conference Vice Chair, denies the Holocaust and continually calls for, predicts and threatens the demise of Israel.

Iran practices it’s own domestic genocide. The Sudan is rife with Muslim against Muslim genocide. However, these countries and others are protected from the U.N. voice when it comes to calling intolerance and racism just that, intolerance and racism.

Today, speaking of the formation of the Nation of Israel, this is how Ahmadinejad kicked-off the meeting:

Following World War II they [Israel] resorted to military aggressions to make an entire nation homeless under the pretext of Jewish suffering.

And they sent migrants from Europe, the United States and mother parts of the world in order to establish a totally racist government in the occupied Palestine.

And in fact, in compensation for the dire consequences of racism in Europe, they helped bring to power the most cruel and repressive racist regime in Palestine.

The Holy Land is historically a part of the Jewish homeland. The League of Nations granted some land to the Jews to re-form the homeland. The original grant was a small area. By the time the Brits and the Mufti of Jerusalem finished with the map, the area given to the soon-to-be Israel became such smaller. Yet, all Arab countries see the presence of Jews as occupiers and have vowed to cut Israel out of the Middle East, although a few are more vocal than others.

Britain walked out of the conference in objection to the comments from Iran. In fact, “dozens of diplomats in the audience promptly got up and left the hall for the duration of the speech.” Peter Gooderham, the British Ambassador said such outrageous anti-Semitic remarks should have no place in a U.N. anti-racism forum.” The Norwegian Foreign Minister said Ahmadinejad’s words amounted to incitement to hatred. Norway said they “will not accept that the odd-man-out hijacks the collective efforts of the many.”

The U.S., Italy, New Zealand, Canada, The Netherlands, Poland and Israel boycotted the conference, and the world is abuzz with the astonishing fact that the first Black American President would be a no-show. The free world must do more than boycott a conference. We must shut down the mechanism that makes the wheels grind at the U.N., because there is nothing in that body that promotes freedom and liberty or abates racism and intolerance.
