The leader of the terrorist group Hamas, Khaled Meshaal, praised President Barack Obama for his use of “new language” in his video outreach to Iran. We have previously reported Obama’s video outreach and the subsequent dismissal by Ayatollah Ali Khalmenei. But now the terrorists are approving of Obama’s tactics so everything must be getting better. Read more, see photos and video below.
A senior U.S. envoy in Damascus said earlier this week that Syria can be an important and constructive force in the middle east; as Washington pursues a “new policy” of engaging with all countries in the region, even our enemies. President Bush’s previous policy was that if you harbored or supported terrorism you were an enemy of the United States, period.
Now the new administration in Washington feels that “new language”, as the leader of Hamas Khaled Meshaal calls it, is the way to go. President Obama sent a video message to Iran calling for a “new beginning” between the United States and Iran.
The leader of Hamas, Khaled Meshaal, says that an “official” opening of dialogue between Hamas and the United States and the European Union was only a matter of time. From Breitbart:
“The big powers need us to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” he said.
“Our weight in resolving the Palestinian question stems from our roots in society, in the people who have voted for us and who will do so again.”
When the leader of Hamas, arguably the largest terrorist organization in the world begins to heap praise on you, something isn’t right. Obama has emboldened Iran, Syria and Hamas with his video outreach program the other day. Obama’s video, legitimized these terrorist states who otherwise would not have been given that status. Case in point from Press TV:
“Our weight in resolving the Palestinian question stems from our roots in society, in the people who have voted for us and who will do so again,” Meshaal told La Repubblica.
So far, the US, EU and UN have refused to include Hamas — the democratically-elected Palestinian government confined to Gaza — in Middle East peace talks, saying they will deal with the Palestinian movement only after it recognizes Israel.
Hamas, Iran and Syria will never recognize Israel as legitimate; and the hostility between these nations will continue no matter how many video messages Obama sends to Iran.
Watch the chilling video below of the type of people that Obama wants to “dialogue” with.
