Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) has allegedly told a constituent that President Obama’s eligibility, his natural born status, has been decided twice by the voters. See photos and a video below.

Senator Mel Martinez has laid the vetting of President Obama’s citizenship on the people of the United States. Does Congress assume responsibility of anything?
The question of President Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS arose early in the election process. Congress, as a body, has been silent on the issue. For months, voters have received no information, and in fact, no one seems to know who vets a Presidential candidate. So, no one has. Now, it appears that Senator Mel Martinez made a statement to a constituent.
According to the report, a voter emailed Senator Mel Martinez asking for the Senator’s input on President Obama’s eligibility. The response was as follows:
Presidential candidates are vetted by voters at least twice – first in the primary elections and again in the general election. President-Elect Obama won the Democratic Party’s nomination after one of the most fiercely contested presidential primaries in American history,” Martinez responded.And, he has now been duly elected by the majority of voters in the United States. Throughout both the primary and general election, concerns about Mr. Obama’s birthplace were raised. The voters have made clear their view that Mr. Obama meets the qualifications to hold the office of president,” he wrote.
The real story here is that Senator Martinez has no real information on the eligibility of President Obama to be President, and he has absolutely no information that anyone in the House or Senate knows, beyond a guess, that President Obama was born in Hawaii.
Obama supporters attacking those asking the questions, believe the DNC, the FEC. the FBI and Congress have all done due diligence to assure that a Presidential candidate is natural born. The truth is, no one has done this, and apparently no one is Constitutionally tasked with vetting. It appears no Republican has been brave enough to speak-out in the House or Senate, or to take the steps to require that President Obama produce a documented birth certificate.
The “constituent” who forwarded the Senator’s response was “alarmed.”
This is frightening in its implications and should alarm every freedom-loving American and military member. I myself am a veteran of the U.S. Air Force (1979-84). Senator Martinez has said, in essence, that it doesn’t matter what the laws are or what the Constitution says. If the people elected him, Obama is president – period.
This is great news for foreign nationals. So long as you do not disclose publicly that you are foreign born, you can produce a fake birth certificate and run for President of the United State. Poor Arnold Schwarzenegger - he admitted his German birth and is disqualified by his own truthful admission.
Senator Shelby (R-AL) answered a question about the Obama birth certificate controversy in a townhall-like environment recently, intimating that he had doubts about the President’s natural-born status. The media asked for, and received, a statement from a Shelby staffer, who said that Shelby had no doubts about the President’s legal status. On my telephone call to Shelby’s office, a staffer explained that the newspaper reporting the incident, The Cullman Times, did not print Shelby’s entire comment, but that the portion printed was accurate. I’ve had numerous conversations with my Senator’s offices and they have nothing to offer about the validity of Obama’s natural born status. They “assume” he was born in Hawaii, and that’s it. There is no assertion that the Senators “know” he was born in Hawaii.
The mainstream media has done little to cover the story from any angle. The MSM position maintains that Obama is eligible, but there have been no attempts to answer many legitimate questions, including why President Obama has not put the issue to rest by releasing the birth certificate that documents his doctor’s signature, the hospital where he was born and other pertinent proof.

Senator Martinez should receive loud protests for his contempt of our Constitution and his refusal to protect it, and President Obama should produce his documented birth certificate of being born on Hawaiian soil, thus solving his citizenship eligibility.

Not one of them supports the notion that Hawaii would issue an official document stating that someone’s “City, Town or Location of Birth” was Honolulu when in fact the person was born abroad.
Because it is an official document, the state stands behind its contents, and the contents could not be clearer: the COLB unequivocally shows Obama’s place of birth.
Once more: It’s been over a year since this question came up. If there were even a single person who had a State COLB with a false place of birth on it, don’t you think we’d all have heard about it by now, instead of a lot of empty claims that “[a]nyone can have the b/c Obama provided”?
Don’t you think some Hawaiian official — the Republican governor, perhaps — would have said, “Don’t take our official documents seriously — they say one thing but they mean something else?”
Oh, and by the way, forget the homestead program — that’s a bogus example, because it requires Hawaiian ancestry. For any program requiring citizenship, the COLB is more than adequate documentation.

Obama refuses to release a birth certificate with a hospital name, or doctor name and signature.
You can speak as authoritatively as you want, but really, you know no more than any of the rest of us, including Congress, who is finally beginning to admit it.
(a) Subject to the requirements of section 338-18, the department of health, upon request, shall furnish to any applicant, in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.
(b) A verification shall be considered for all purposes certification that the vital event did occur and that the facts of the event are as stated by the applicant.

For all your posturing, you’ve done absolutely nothing to counter the fact that an official COLB is proof of Hawaiian birth; and there’s nothing in the Constitution about “a hospital name, or doctor name and signature.” Official state documents are prima facie evidence in any court; there’s just no getting around that.
You don’t have to like Obama — we’re all entitled to our own opinions. But we’re not all entitled to our own facts.

The COLB provides the location of birth (Honolulu).
The state has certified this information as true.

The Birth Certificate for out of state births requires you to provide place of birth. Obama’s birth certificate says he was born in Honolulu.
Also, that law was non-existant in 1961. So… it doesn’t apply anyway.
Finally, the reason short form birth certicates are frowned on for the Homelands Program is that program is set up for Native Hawaiians. You need to prove native hawaaian, ancentry is needed.
Obama provided what is an acceptable birth certificate.

As the Obama meandering trail of life becomes the interstate highway of courtroom trials for our beloved leader, Birdie Obama, it perhaps is time to weave the fabric of Barack’s Muslim, Kenyan, Indonesian, Hawaiian serape to explain just what he is hiding by hiring his platoon of lawyers.
What is taking place is indeed conspiracy as in the sense a violation of the RICO Act. This involves the state of Hawaii and Occidental College, if not Columbia of New York and Harvard.
What requires explanation in this is a generation of crime in supplanting the United States for money. It is as simple as that in local government policy being fed huge sums of money at the behest of Ford Foundation incorporating globalist policy into American culture.
Barack Obama is simply the tip of this iceberg which he desperately must conceal, along with all these other benefactors or beyond embarrassment, people will go to prison.
The first task in need of explanation is why would Hawaii aid a known illegal of British birth in illegally obtaining a fake birth certificate?
The answer is in 1961 the American public had not yet been herded by Teddy Kennedy and socialists into providing welfare benefits to illegals. Hawaii had a large population of illegals who were slave labor, but were a huge burden to the system in poverty and crime.
The Hawaiian answer, as it was a Democratic state and still is was to start registering all those foreign kids by the thousands. The purpose being to tap into all those federal hundreds of millions then which would profit the state.
See all of those poverty programs flowed funds into the pockets of the retailers as the golden goose pipeline. If one makes citizens out of illegals, then Hawaii converts a debt into their asset in obtaining more funds and growing the socialist system which empowers Democratic liberals.
The fact is there are hundreds of thousands of Barack Obama’s registered in Hawaii. Do you think even a Republican governor sitting on this explosive mess wants any of this coming out?
An entire state sold out the United States for filthy lucre, because they were importing Asian slave labor. That does not make a great headline, nor, did they probably ever expect a money train welfare illegal would somehow get hisself installed as President which would expose the entire Hawaiian fraud, and you know very well that all of those records would have to be gone through and verified so an Obama repeat would not occur, in all 50 states.

With this kind of background, in families being “informed� of the opportunities involved in engaging in illegal citizenship, one Stanley Ann Dunham, hauled her little African eastern boy to Indonesia, until the jungle fever wore off, and then dumped him into the Hawaiian system again where Grandma Dunham was stuck with the kid.
Grandma Madelyn Dunham did earn some money in BankHo, her bank in Hawaii, but I suspect that the prestigious school Barry got into, was the same game that brought Barack sr. to America on a free educational route.
Barry Obama Soetero was tapping into the welfare system of Hawaii, and in knowing what twisters the Dunhams were, this takes us into Occidental College.
Amusingly Occidental College, basically means round eye college as occidentals are of the European origin who reside in North and South America. The place Obama chose to be dumped into by the Dunhams, was like many of the colleges in that 1979 period in tapping into government resources of free money to “educate� foreigners.

There are numerous studies linked to this gravy train of funds which flow into colleges and back into corporations whose equipment and services are purchased.
It is the Warren Buffett money flow into Walmart for his Chinese investments. except in this case it is college money laundering.
So the Dunhams were adept at illegal activities in scamming the American system, so it is a conclusion by what Barack Obama has been up to with his platoon of lawyers that he is covering something up.
Remember it is public information that Barry Obama upon going into college became Barack Hussein Obama. Liberals have explained this away as, “Barack was more intellectual sounding�. Not a chance, because what was going on is this:

This is a matter for the Justice Department as it is money fraud of college funds and it is a matter for the Republican minority in Congress to demand and hold hearings investigating this.
Those records all exist and if someone destroyed them and they are missing, that is a federal crime of which Barack Obama is benefited by, as in he is then a guilty co conspirator in another felony.
If you get money from someone illegally, and someone else burns the papers protecting you, you are just as guilty as the person who lit the match.

AOL News brought “Birthers” to the mainstream publishing a small piece referencing Ben Smith’s Politico.com report, “Culture of conspiracy: the Birthers” — those who question Obama’s eligibility to serve as commander-in-chief because of his birth and/or citizenship status.
Smith describes these people as those who believe in “obscure, discredited theories” and “operate and thrive on the fringe,” and he liberally sprinkles his opinion-piece with pejoratives — fringe; conspiracy theorists ; believers in UFOs and witches; wacko views; crazy, nutburger, demagogue, money-hungry, exploitative, irresponsible, filthy conservative imposters; the worst enemy of the conservative movement; crazy, demented, sick, troubled, and not suitable for civilized company.
Smith’s goal is to marginalize “Birthers,” and builds his case on three assumptions:
1. The challenges to Obama’s eligibility have no grounding in evidence.
2. Courts across the country have summarily rejected the movement’s theory — that Obama can’t be a citizen because his father wasn’t — as a misreading of U.S. law.
3. Hawaii officials, along with contemporary birth announcements, affirm that Obama was in fact born in Honolulu in 1961.
Lets’ take a look at those statements:
“The challenges to Obama’s eligibility have no grounding in evidence.”
False. That’s a pretty broad brush — by not qualifying “challenges,” Smith clearly implies that all of the challenges to Obama’s eligibility have no grounding in evidence, which is patently absurd.
The clearest evidence for a challenge comes from Obama himself, and it’s the Hawaii Certification of Live Birth (COLB) released by the Obama campaign.
Sandra Ramsey Lines began her training as a forensic document examiner in 1991. She is a Certified Diplomat of Forensic Sciences, a member of the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners, a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, and a member of the Questioned Document Subcommittee of the American Society of Testing and Materials.
In a sworn affidavit, Ms. Lines wrote, “After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the “Daily Kos,” the Obama Campaign, “Factcheck.org” and others cannot be relied upon as genuine.”
This is the document Obama’s lawyers have pointed at as their evidence. They keep referring to it as Obama’s “birth certificate.” They know that a misrepresentation.
Obama’s own campaign website states:
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s children.

And, there’s more EVIDENCE — that’s enough for starters.

False. I guess Smith missed these two US Supreme Court cases — U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, and Perkins v. Elg, — both address “natural born citizen” — and Obama fails both tests.
In U. S. v Wong Kim Ark, the court thoroughly discussed “natural born citizen,” and in doing so, Justice Gray quoted directly from the holding in a prior Supreme Court case, Minor v. Happersett. The following passage is a quote from Minor as quoted by Justice Gray in Wong Kim Ark:
“‘At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country, of parents [plural] who were its citizens [plural], became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further, and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction, without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case, it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient, for everything we have now to consider, that all children, born of citizen parents [plural] within the jurisdiction, are themselves citizens.’ Minor v. Happersett (1874) 21 Wall. 162, 166-168.”
Perkins v. Elg’s importance is that it actually gives examples of what a “natural born citizen” of the U.S. is; what a “citizen” of the U.S. is; and what a “native born citizen” of the United States. In this case, the U. S. Supreme Court found that a “natural born citizen” is a person who is born of two U.S. citizen parents [plural] AND born in the mainland of U.S.
Even Wikipedia gets it right:
“It is generally agreed that these constitutional provisions mean anyone born on American soil to parents [plural] who are U.S. citizens is a “natural born citizen” eligible to someday become president or vice-president…”
Two American parents and on American soil — simple as that.

Director Fukino never affirmed “that Obama was in fact born in Honolulu in 1961.” What she affirmed was, ” I have personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
Fukino only says she saw the document — she never, ever said what was on it. This statement is false, Smith. Take it back.

True. Chester Arthur was ineligible to serve. Chester A. Arthur perpetrated a fraud as to his eligibility to be Vice President by spreading various lies about his parents’ heritage. Arthur’s father, William Arthur, became a United States citizen in August 1843, but Arthur was born in 1829 — 14 years before. T herefore, Arthur was a British Citizen by descent, and a dual citizen at birth, if not his whole life.
We’ve also uncovered many lies told by Arthur to the press which kept this fact from public view when he ran for Vice President in 1880. Garfield won the election, became President in 1881, and was assassinated by a fanatical Chester Arthur supporter that same year.

What Smith is really saying in his piece is that a large segment of the American people don’t have a right to know if Obama is constitutionally eligible for the job? We should just take his word for it.
