Activist and one time Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney was taking aid to Palestine when the yacht was rammed by an Israeli naval vessel. Now she’s mad and doing what she does best, blaming Israel for all her problems. Read about it below and see a photo and video.

Former Georgia U.S. Representative Cynthia McKinney is no friend of Israel. I suppose I have to stop short of saying she’s an anti-Semite since I can’t read her mind, but perhaps I can say that she has exhibited behavior throughout her career that certainly would leave one to wonder if that were the case. Today is yet another example of where her loyalties lie.
Under the guise of being ‘anti-war’, Cynthia McKinney took off on a yacht that left Cyprus with a reported 3.5 tons of medical supplies for Gaza. I’ll just insert here that it’ll be interesting to find out what else was on that yacht. The silly McKinney, affectionately referred to as the ‘cutest little communist in congress’, boarded a yacht owned by the Free Gaza Movement to accompany delivering this aid and whatever else to Gaza.
Never mind that the Middle East is exploding. Never mind that Israel is bombing the living daylights out of Gaza and Palestine is bombing the living daylights out of Southern Israel. Never mind that Israel left Gaza a while back and haven’t BEEN occupying the area. Never mind the facts. Just hop your little idealistic, unrealistic self on a yacht and float into a war zone and then get upset when you are stopped.
Life is so unfair to Cynthia.
Reportedly, Israel’s military fired warning shots, but the little yacht called ‘Dignity’ kept trudging along to its stated goal. So the Israeli naval vessel rammed the yacht. Accidentally, of course. The boat along with disgruntled passengers have been escorted into a port in Lebanon and they are busily bad mouthing Israel and all things Jewish.

For the information of anyone who might be reading this. War is not a game and if you go into a war zone, you will not be safe. Its not a game or a back drop for someone to use to draw attention to whatever cause they are living for at the moment. Its not about McKinney, its not about you, its not about me, its not a game. Really. Its not.

No, war is not a game. War is a monster which is pure evil, in and of itself, regardless of the issues, regardless of who started it, regardless of anything.
Innocent people suffer in war. Civilians, women and children. This is always the case. So, your problem here is, and not considering your spin on the facts, you are condemning someone who is trying to help the victims of war. What’s wrong with that? What does it matter whose side they are on? If we got the greatest generals in history, both dead and alive, to comment, those who have seen the horrors of war, those who know war for the evil it truly is, what would they say?
The boat being rammed is sort of a non-issue. It has little impact upon this war, or its outcome. The Israeli government has officially stated that it was an accident. But you have decided to glom on to the incident to feed your own hate, and the hate of others.
By doing this, you make yourself an agent of that hate. By doing this, you make yourself in league with whatever it is that causes and promotes the horrible evil of war in the first place. By doing this, you prove yourself a champion of evil, rather than a champion of peace and good will.
Wars have always happened, and will continue to happen. Wars can be just. Wars can be unavoidable. But only evil revels in war. And only evil would condemn those who try to try to do something to help its victims, no matter who they are, no matter what their political leanings are, no matter anything.

I know there are innocent people killed in this war. Mostly because the cowardly terrorist hide behind woman and children. They are the face of evil.
When you decide to go into a war zone and are told to stop, you best stop. She could have be blown up which by the way would increase the IQ of Georgia.

If she wants to help any of these people, then she should fight for their leaders to stop killing people and trying to destroy Israel.

The plight of the Palestine is because they hate Jews and they let terrorist lead them. Their plight is well documented in the Bible. This is not news.
Ms. McKinney did nothing to help them when she was in congress. And yes I disagree with her because she makes no sense. She has many mental issues.

Both sides commit atrocities in the name of God, thereby rendering both sides equally responsible. However, like it or not, what Israel is doing now is murder and genocide is the game plan. Both are ugly words, yes I know, but that facts are what they are.
Cynthia McKinney is the only American politician who has the nerve to stand up to Israel. It is about time. I commend her for it. After all, two wrongs do not make a right.

Does she really think she can stop the war by her mere presence in Gaza? Whatever is the answer, it was still good that the Israeli only smashed the yacht. At least the passengers were safe and not harmed.

Gaza looks like a hellhole anyways, so why not just resettle the whole thing. It makes no sense to split the Palistinian state so across Israel into one chunk here, one chunk there. Why not just make one chunk of land Palestine with perhaps a port city in Gaza that has a Palestinian intereest section but would be governend as an international city with real police and an end to the terror infrastructure. That way the Palestinian could build a trade section with access to the sea and Eygpt, but the festering ghetto would be abolished. Let the northbank be the Palestinian state, plus it puts a buffer between part of hezbollah infested southern lebanon by the sunni’s versus the shites. The road from the north bank to the gaza interest section would be internationally policed and no terrorism would be tolerated. Anything would be better than this perpetual mess and neither side is going to give up their basic land claims. Hamas is no solution to anything as this is exactly what they want and it ruins it for everyone. This will take the encirclement of Israel off the table by hostile forces and they can focus on protecting their northern border with peace in the south. To allow hezbollah to torment Isreal for five or six years here, then hamas do the same the next five or six years is no solution. I think if the international community can get so involved with Iraq over a decade, it can do the same with the I-P conflict and its going to require troops on the ground. There really is no sense to supporting a gaza ghetto with its million plus people now as its economically absolutely nonviable. and then you have all these young armen men running around playing army and warlords producing nothing of civilian value. some market sense must prevail. Any state should be potentially economically viable to be taken seriously. A ghetto just doesn’t qualify. People have already built Israel to be an economically viable country. A real Palistinian state will also need to be economically viable and produce things of value for this to work, otherwise you just have state supported ghettos that fester the very problem.

Brian proves that a monkey can throw darts and eventually hit a bullseye. Thats actually a good idea, and the same method used by Greece and Turkey to settle a thousand years of fighting. Just do a population exchange and have the thing settle out in a generation, but it would require Jordan or Egypt to cough up some land.
Edward, you are unusually angry today even for a liberal. What does your slogan really mean when you say war is “pure evil”? What would be the implications of your statement during a holocaust? Or defending land? At least we can agree that Cynthia McKinney is a publicity-seeking nut.
