Reporters are getting on the Obama’s nerves. Read about it below.

It’s been said many times the that press/media made Barack Hussein Obama the “Chosen One”, and now it seems he has grown weary of his cheerleaders and wishes to ditch them on a whim. Before anyone gets tacky over the usage of Hussein, please note that Barry HIMSELF is now using his full name. Oh Gosh … what a concept!

I saw the following at Politico this morning and it made me chuckle. LOL, giggle even.

HONOLULU – The media glare, the constant security appendage and the sheer production that has become a morning jog or a hankering for an ice cream cone – it’s been closing in on Barack Obama for some time.

Now the president-elect appears increasingly conscious of the confines of his new position, bristling at the routine demands of press coverage and beginning to chafe at boundaries that are only going to get smaller.

Obama even took the unusual step Friday morning of leaving behind the pool of reporters assigned to follow him, taking his daughters to a nearby water park without them. It was a breach of longstanding protocol between presidents (or presidents-elect) and the media, that a gaggle of reporters representing television, print and wire services is with his motorcade at all times.

Did we not all know that our Presidents, including their family, belong to us, the U.S. citizen? Were we not all aware of the total lack of privacy for our entertainers, politicians and others of their ilk? We and the media make them what they are so we can feel we own a bit of them, yes? Why else would we hand over our hard earned cash, faint and swoon at the mere fact said person is within a hundred miles? They are ours! Well, they are until they tire of the adulation and realize they are where they want to be and don’t need us anymore.

So, how could the Obama’s not comprehend that this intrusion they feel was going to be a great part of their lives for the next … maybe 4 years? I write ‘maybe’, because as we all know, the world is scheduled to end in 2012, before the One’s first term is completed.

I’m all for leaving the children alone, but c’mon … the Obama family is a novelty, and until we tire of them, we and the media will continue to intrude. That’s just the way it is.

It was the Obama’s joint decision to run for this office, they can’t just up and say “we had no idea” now! They knew they had to forfeit their Blackberry’s, their privacy. Heaven knows we saw enough of them the past two years that this whiny gimme my privacy BS shouldn’t be given much credence.

It’s not like we didn’t warn you this would happen …. this distancing themselves from media scrutiny (not that they ever received any). Who knows, maybe they’ll get fed up and resign. (Yeah, in my dreams) Seriously though, they best not forget the media made them, the media can break them.

My advice to Barry … not that he asked for it, would be to pull up your big boy britches, keep your shirt on, suck it in and deal with your creation. That said, I do hope the media is every bit as kind to you as they have been to our current President, George. W. Bush.
