Anna Anka is Paul Anka’s wife. She was arrested for domestic battery because of an incident that happened between the two in November. Read about it below and see photos and a video.
Anna Anka was arrested for domestic battery against her husband, Paul Anka. You might remember Paul Anka as the one time teen idol who was a heart throb in the 1950s and 1960s. That was before my time, but I do remember some of his songs. Put Your Head on My Shoulder, Diana and Lonely Boy. He is probably a pretty lonely boy after his wife got arrested. I’ve included one of his songs, Do I Love You, below.
Anka and Anna Yeager got married during the Summer of 2008. They have a son, Ethan, who was born in 2005.
It seems that the 37-year old-Anna stands 5′ 7″ and weights 120 pounds. Paul stand 5′ 6″, weights 130 pounds and is 67-years-old. The two got into a nasty little argument on November 28th and he ended up with a busted head and she ended up busted. Apparently, she’s pretty stressed out over custody issues with her ex. At least that’s what Paul Anka told TMZ. That explains why she hauled off and slammed a piece of ice at Anka’s head. He was cut, went to the hospital and required two staples in his forehead.
According to the report, when he got home from the hospital, Anna was gone. Paul called the police because he was worried about her. When she got home the police arrested her because they saw Paul’s wounds.
Paul says they are fine and it was a minor incident. Nothing to see here, move along.
Really, he has to say that because its awfully embarrassing for a man to get beat up by a woman. I’m not minimizing domestic violence perpetrated by a female … but you know as well as I do that it would have to be one of the most emasculating things to happen to a man. And doesn’t it seem a little far fetched to believe that he would get a cut that required stitches from a piece of ice tossed at his head. That had to be one sharp piece of ice.
Well, hopefully their ‘Crazy Love’ will heal their ‘Feelings’.

I don’t think its the most emascualating thing for a man to be beat up by a women, there are far worst things. Getting assulated by someone quickly loses the sexual identity thing and becomes just another assult from a crazed mammal. While men may talk about their masculinity in some ways, part joke part in earnest part in defense part in bravado, they are more complicated that really. Women can assulat and hurt or worse, a man very handily unless you are sic’ing them after some martial arts body builder already alerted. Again I notice a certain derogatory stereotyping of men that shows a poor understanding of them as human beings.

You also have to take into consideration that she’s 30 years younger. Even if Paul Anka is in exceptionally good shape for his age, he’d have a hard time defending himself against any sort of attack from someone who’s that much younger than he is.
And yes, ice hitting your head can easily cause bruising, cuts, and other trauma, and it doesn’t need to be sharp in order to do so. It just need to be a large enough chunk, and moving with sufficient speed.

Your normal garden variety cocktail cube shouldnt be able to do that.

I think men should hand an enlightening manual to women on meeting them on how to treat men so all these misunderstandings can be prevented long before they develop into festering relationships. They do have a responsibility to understand men I think, and instead they have dumped that with any urge to cook or clean for them or be a source of useful council. Sad state of affairs in wo-man-dom these days.

I think woman are doing fine and should cheat on their men cause men have been getting away with way too much for too many years. My Dad cheated on my Mother and then she cheated on him cause he did it first. So now they are both cheatng all the time…My parents are losers!
