This is Ida Ljungqvist. It seems the Playboy Playmate and her estranged husband are involved in a bitter custody fight—over a chihuahua. You can read more about it below and see photos.
Joshua Lang married Ida Ljungqvist, the first African-American Playboy Playmate last December. Now, Joshua is asking a Santa Monica court to order Ida Ljungqvist to return their little Chihuahua named Bonnie or allow him visits with little Bonnie on alternating weeks.
Joshua is alleging that Miss March 2008 took the dog without permission when they decided to separate in September. Apparently, Joshua is ‘attached‘ to the wee Bonnie:
“I love Bonnie and miss her tremendously,�? Lang’s declaration says. “She is like my child and I want to have her returned to me, or in the very least I want to exercise custody of her.�?
Jeffrey Helfer, Ida Ljungqvist’s attorney, says Joshua bought her the little Chihuahua as a present when Bonnie was only 1 month old and she can’t bear to part with her so, she is fighting for custody!
Joshua Lang has filed for divorce from Ida Ljungqvist on Sept. 19 and a hearing on this custody case is scheduled for Nov. 24.

LOL. Who’s the idiot who writes for this column? She wasn’t the first African-American playmate. The first was Jennifer Jackson in March 1965! Just look up African American Playboy Playmates on Wikipedia for a complete list. Ida Ljungqvist is the 18th black centerfold. You think Playboy went for this long without a black playmate???? There would have been protests, especially by Jesse Jackson, who loves the ladies as you know. Ida is the first Playboy Playmate born in Tanzania (Swedish father, Tanzanian mother), making her the first African playmate. This is a big difference, especially to the 17 centerfolds before her. Please try to research your subject next time before publishing. There’s enough misinformation out there already without hacks like you publishing more.
