I did not want to do another Election 2008 thread for the moment. Something else has caught my eyes – the price of gasoline. , I just pulled up to a gasoline station in an undisclosed part of Northern California. I paid $2.99 a gallon to fill up my imported vehicle with a 4 cylinder. During the early summer, I paid $4.55 a gallon. Gasoline prices plunge!! Whoo hoo!! It seems we Californians always pay more for everything.

I view this as good news for the American economy – its the only real stimulus going into the pocketbooks of most Americans. (Yes my glass is always half full versus half empty).

What is the price of gasoline in your area? What was it in at its highest point.

Have fun in this thread.
