It seems Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama’s terrorist pal, Bill Ayers - who openly takes credit for bombing attacks around the country including explosions set off at the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol - has somehow morphed from the 1960’s unrepentant terrorist into simply a ‘radical.’ How’d that happen? Conservatives and others who oppose Obama and have serious concerns about all his ‘friends‘ have long been waiting for someone in the mainstream media to investigate; thoroughly vetting the questionable ties and relationships of the man who would be messiah. And the ‘friend’ that bubbles to the top most frequently is Willam Ayers, founder of the radical left-wing group, ‘Weather Underground.’

Barack Obama simply dismisses Ayers as “a guy who lives in my neighborhood� and “somebody who worked on education issues in Chicago that I know.�

But Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Governor Sarah Palin knows he is an unrepentant terrorist not merely a radical. Yesterday, in her role as campaign ‘pitbull in lipstick’ she called out Obama’s association with his pal William Ayers.

Governor Palin cited this front-page article in the New York Times that ‘explored’ the ties between Obama and Ayers.

“There has been a lot of interest in what I read, and what I read lately well, was reading my copy of today’s New York Times and I was really interested to read about Barack’s friends from Chicago,” Palin said. “OK, now I get to bring this up not to pick a fight, but it was there in the New York Times, so we’re gonna talk about it.

“And it turns out one of Barack’s earliest supporters is a man who according to the New York Times, and are they ever wrong, according to the New York Times was a domestic terrorist and part of a group of that, quote, pushed a campaign of bombings that would target the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol,” Palin continued. “Wow. These are the same guys who think patriotism is paying higher taxes. This is not a man who sees America as I see America, OK?”

The title of that NYT article? “Obama and ’60s Bomber: A Look Into Crossed Paths�. That should trouble all of us. There is significant evidence that they did more then cross paths, rather have been linked repeatedly over the years in very significant ways.

But now, it appears as if the mainstream media such as the New York Times, would have us believe that 1) Ayers was simply a radical guy during radical times; and 2) that Obama’s oppostion is looking for something that just isn’t there. Of course this is the same NYT that smeared John McCain with allegations of a sexual affair based on nothing but gossip from two disgruntled ex-staffers. They spent days on that lie and used multiple reporters to perpetuate it.

By the way, Team Obama immediately denounced the attack by Palin as “shameless” and “offensive.” Laughable.

But hey according to Saracuda, the gloves are off, the heels are on, and its time to go to work.
