Joe Biden hasn’t exactly been pulling his weight this election. If you haven’t been paying close attention the past few weeks, you may have missed the fact that he’s the Vice Presidential Candidate for the Democratic Party. In a move that baffled anyone who’s ever played any game of strategy of any kind, Obama used his incredible “judgment” to pick a guy who likes to lose by a very wide margin every four years.
Here’s what he had to say today about the woman that, oh, EVERYONE but Obama knows was the right pick:
She’s a truly close personal friend and she is qualified to be President of the United States of America, she’s easily qualified to be Vice President of the United States of America and quite frankly it might have been a better pick than me.
Yes. She was. Over the past 30 years, there’s only been one name in the Democratic party that brought fear into the hearts of the GOP. CLINTON. Not Biden. I’m not saying Obama would’ve won with Clinton, but she sure would have brought more to the table than Biden. And that would be excitement, the PUMA vote, the woman vote in general, the history thing, the change thing, and, well, just about everything. Meanwhile, Biden brings…sorry what does he add again?
Nice move, Obama. Way to show your judgment.

Does anyone else find it hilarious that Biden is questioning Obama’s judgment for choosing him as the VP? Some speculation is that this is the trial balloon and that Obama really is considering replacing Biden with Hillary. I think that is probably rot, but I do find it ironic that the supposed “Eagleton Option” was floated by the left in regards to Palin, and now its being floated for Biden.
Does anyone ever remember an election like this?

Bryan – I was wondering if he was setting up things for a change of VP for Obama. I can’t imagine that Hillary would accept the VP spot – but who knows.
Its like they learn NOTHING from history and just keep compounding one mistake with another one.
I’m with Lisa – who?

What does Biden add?
- An agent of change from bald VP to VP with hairpiece.
- An old guy who isn’t exactly as old as McCain.
- A small town regular fella from a state half the size of Alaska.
- Years of executive experience managing a campaign staff and issuing committee subpoenas.
- Memorized the capitol of Swaziland?
