Jacqueline Kent Cooke, daughter of late Washington Redskins owner and billionaire Jack Kent Cooke, pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of operating under the influence.

The ol’ “Do you know who I am?? defense didn’t seem to help the heiress when Boston Police arrested her Saturday morning after she left a diner without paying and got behind the wheel of her BMW 325i while drunk.

Police said in their report, an officer followed and confronted Cooke and her friend after they left the restaurant without paying around 5:15 a.m. The pair admitted they “had a few drinks after work and forgot to pay the bill.? As they ponied up the cash, the officer saw Cooke’s keys to her car fall out of her purse, but she denied she was driving and denied the car was hers. The officer then advised her to take a cab home.

The bratty blonde is accused of pulling up her skirt to moon the officer, and then giving him the middle finger, before eventually getting into the BMW and starting the engine. The officer stood in front of the car blocking her from leaving and called for backup, police said.

“I guess Jacqueline Kent Cooke is the most recent example of individuals who think themselves pretty important,? Conley told the Herald. “If you have to ask that question rhetorically, you’re probably not going to win yourself many friends in the law enforcement community.?

Hey, but this train wreck doesn’t end with flipping the bird! According to the police report, Cooke allegedly asked cops if they knew who her father was and proclaimed that the officer would lose his badge because “one billion dollars goes a long way.?

Her dad, Jack Kent Cooke died in 1997 at age 84. He bequeathed his daughter a $5 million trust, but the $50,000-per-year payout wasn’t enough, and she reportedly sued his estate for $275 million last year.

Though she refused a breathalyzer, she was released on her own personal recognizance.
