The American Dialect Society has announced its Word of the Year and the new word is “plutoed”.

to pluto or to be plutoed is

So now we have it, the final nail in the coffin of once mighty Pluto. Fired as a planet, Pluto is now officially a number. Please note for your files that Pluto was assigned heavenly object # 134340, joining an elite circle of 134339 other objects floating somewhere above our heads.

To the classification elitists who decided that Pluto was too small and wobbly to be a politically correct planet, all I have to say is Uranus.
