The State Department has confirmed that former President Jimmy Carter will visit and meet with Hamas in Syria next week. Apparently the State Department has counseled Carter that this is not in the best interest of the United States foreign policy. Lest we forget, Hamas is still designated as a terrorist group, they still are committed to the destruction of the state of Israel, and they still kill innocent Israeli’s whenever given the chance.
President Carter is a disgrace to this country. It has gotten beyond the point where he is the crazy old former president who likes to build houses. The guy is now a plain embarrassment and frankly dangerous coot now. Could you imagine President Bush (41) actively working against the policies of a Democratic President? The media would tear him a new one. Instead Carter is treated like this venerable old man who is only acting in the interests of peace. Hey Jimmy Peanut, guess what, Hamas is only using your sorry figure and standing to help advance their PR position. They don’t care one whit about peace, they only care about the things that you know they stand for, namely the complete destruction of Israel. If it were up to me I’d say if he likes Syria so much he can just stay there. This borders on traitorous in my mind, giving support and comfort to our enemies.

Here is my advice, if you want to leave a comment, more power to you. However, please try to make an actual point when you do so. If you want to argue that it is a good thing to have Jimmy Peanut go negotiate with terrorists, fine, but let us know why this is a good thing. Make a point, advance a position, lay it on me man. Alas, liberals are devoid of such ideals.

Like millions of others worldwide, “Jimmy hates Jews” (feel free to use this as a title for a song if you play in a White Supremacist Rock Band). It is simple - The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Hamas wants to destroy Israel. Jimmy would shed no real tears for the demise of the jewish state. Therefore, Jimmy meets with Hamas.
