Air America Radio host suspended. Fired?
Update: Randi Rhodes departs Air America for local San Francisco station, KKGN, otherwise known as “Green 960.” An announcement with be forthcoming by Air America. Was Randi Rhodes fired, or was this one of those decisions euphemistically referred to as a “mutual agreement”?
Here is the shocking video of liberal radio host Randi Rhodes in San Francisco.
She called Hillary Clinton a “f***ing whore” several times and is now paying the price. While she was rolling, Rhodes called Geraldine Ferraro “David Duke in Drag.”
Air America suspended the ultra-liberal host for bad manners while representing the station at this event. My guess is that the donors who saved Air America from bankruptcy last year were not pleased to hear their candidate Hillary Clinton called not just a whore, but a “big f***ing whore.”
Conservatives take heart. Enjoy the circular firing squad while it lasts. Liberal neighbor set upon liberal neighbor, friend upon friend. And to think that two months ago, the story was discontent within the Republican party faithful.
And yes, this is the same nutty Air America host who fell down in Central Park last year, something her colleague referred to on air as a right wing assault. And the same Randi Rhodes who in typical liberal fashion accused a paramilitary training company (Blackwater) of starting the California wildfires in 2007.

Rhodes then imitated the sound of a gunshot.

It is Ok by Air America standards to publically state that the President should be shot, but no OK to call Hillary a whore? Neither is acceptable. She should have been fired a long time ago.

The first Amendment only applies to the government “Congress shall make no law . . .” private companies can fire their employees for this kind of crap and they do it all the time. What we are pointing out is the obvious double standard that she can say she wishes someone would kill the President and that is okay, but calling Hillary a whore and that’s off limits.

Hillary is a poor looser. Right wing nutjobs do and say these sorts of things alot, where are the suspensions. Mabey Rhodes was a little over the top, but this used to be a free country. I’m sure that when the republican depression of ‘08′-’09′ hits ( and when they are done blaming it on the left), these right wing nutjobs will have to trade thier thier radeos fot food. After this happens noone will be listening.
Why don’t you people worry about the real problems in this country instead of expending so much effort to create new ones?

I dare you to go and find one thing that Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity or Laura Ingrahm has said that compares to this. They may make some outrageous claims, but they would not call a former first lady a whore when clearly it was her husband who was the whore, they at least get their facts straight.
Don Imus was fired for this kind of crap and so would any right winger, as they should be. This is not censorship, it is ratings. This Rhodes chick’s rating were terrbile any way, so what does the station loose if they can her ass, you could put on the Michael Vick Dog Fighting hour and get about the same ratings as she was. The reason Rush or these guys will never get fired is because people actually listen to their shows in the millions. Get a grip.

It is most interesting reading the non-sequiturs that spew out the minds of liberals and pinko commies. The writing that comes from some of them certainly refutes the idea that Shakespeare would eventually result from an infinite number of monkeys tapping away on keyboards.
It is also amazing that for those who are for peace and against gun ownership so casually speak of shooting someone, especially the President.

It scares me when liberals call us “knuckle draggers” and they can’t put a proper sentence together. I wonder what the median educational level of the “knuckle draggers” who have commented on this post alone.
I know of 3 with doctorates, at least one also holding a Masters….
