As Yogi Berra would say, ″It′s Deja Vu all over again.″ The Media is hyping the latest polls showing Ted Cruz gaining ground in Iowa and threatening to topple Donald Trump. Of course, there is also now a friendly Twitter War between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. Trump says Cruz is a maniac while Cruz counters with a You Tube video from the movie ″Flashdance″. Hardy-Har-Har! At least Trump hasn′t accused Cruz of having a bitchy-resting face. But here we go again. One poll shows Cruz in first place by 10 points in Iowa, another that he is up by only 2, a statistical dead-heat. Meanwhile, Trump is still dominating everywhere else and nationwide, to boot! We′ve seen this before. First it was Jeb Bush, then Carly Fiorina, followed by Ben Carson. One would think that by now, the Media-Pundit Class would know better than to hang their reputations on a couple of polls that really prove nothing.

Cruz is reacting to this the right way. Keep it happy! Show that sense of humor. Embrace being a maniac! That is much better than being referred to as ′low-energy′ or having the ′stamina′ of a sickly invalid. No blood shooting out from wherever. If I were going to attack Ted Cruz, I would go after his wife having been employed by Goldman Sachs, the evil ′vampire squid′ strangling the planet. But Trump is playing nice after Cruz′s remarks about The Donald at a private fundraiser. Given that Trump wants to win the GOP nomination, and not run as a third party candidate, he has to respond. He has to beat his opponents to do so.

Trump′s immediate opponents are the other Republican candidates, not Hillary Clinton. Yes, he will have to confront her later, once he is the nominee. I have no doubt that he shall beat up Hillary with everything can he throw at her. Unlike the last couple of nominees whom ran against Obama. As Mick Jagger would say, Donald Trump is a ″Street-Fightin′ Man″! The proof is in the pudding. He will not leave a single stone unturned, or not thrown, when he goes up against Hillary. There will be no place for her to hide.

But the Media needs something to talk about since Obama has turned out to be such a disappointment. Even his big climate change goal has fallen short. The economy stinks, Obamacare stinks, our foreign policy stinks, etc., etc., etc.. I′ve even heard that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has ′signed off′ on some 25-count charge of treason against Mr. B. O.! So, Obama′s legacy is in shambles as ISIS oil trucks keep rolling towards the border with Turkey.

Are you surprised that the Media is now hyping up a fight between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz? I′m not. Now that they realized that even Trump′s latest remarks about temporarily closing the borders to Muslim foreigners isn′t hurting him, the Media needs something else. What will it be next time? A baby shower for Marco Rubio? Another bromance between Obama and Chris Christie? Who can say???
