So tonight we′ll watch as Barack Obama delivers his 2014 State of the Union Address speech. Or, as Rush Limbaugh would put it, the State of the Coup speech. According to many reports, Obama will continue his ′tough talk′ about ′going it alone′, using executive orders, actions and other such powers to skirt the Congress and the Constitution. Major themes for tonight will include the whole income inequality thing, now renamed as ′Ladders of Opportunity′, as well as immigration reform, climate change and other issues which score quite low in the polls. The White House has already announced that the Obama administration will use an executive order to raise the minimum wage for federal contractor employees from $7.25 an hour to $10.10 per hour by 2015, effecting an estimated 2 million workers.

The big question on many minds, however, is not so much what Obama says, since everything he says is a lie and he generally fails to achieve any of his schemes, but how his ratings will be tonight? The expectation is that there will be significantly fewer viewers of the SOTU address than previous years. Another aspect of this will be how much of a bump in job approval polls numbers will Obama gain? With his numbers at all-time lows, he is bound to get at least a slight improvement, which is usually the case for any sitting president after delivery the address.

For myself, my big question is will any Republican have the guts like Joe Wilson to call out Obama as a liar during the speech? Now THAT would make for great TV! Otherwise, the whole charade will just be more pointless, political theater. Frankly, I doubt if I′ll bother watching it at all. Obama is not going to say anything really new and even if he does, as I mentioned earlier, it will just be a lie anyway. Besides, there′s an all new episode of ′Hardcore Pawn′ on TruTV on at the same time, which I′ll be watching instead.

Obama′s credibility has been flushed down the drain by his signature health care program, the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare. Even the dumbest person now knows that Obama lied about being able to keep your plan or doctor if you like them under the ACA. The Millennials have begun to turn on Obama as most are not signing up for Obamacare. More and more Democrat lawmakers are also sounding concerns that the whole program is headed for disaster, one which could have serious repercussions on the entire health care system, not to mention the economy.

So will you be watching Barack Obama deliver the 2014 State of the Union Address speech tonight? Do you think Obama will say anything interesting or exciting? Or will he just be his usual boring self, telling more lies to the American people? Just how far can Obama really go using executive orders, actions and powers to side-step the Congress and the Constitution?
