Was Lyndon Banes Johnson the man behind the assassination of John F. Kennedy? Author Roger Stone thinks so and presents his allegations and evidence in his new book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy – The Case Against LBJ. With the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination just weeks away, the timing of the new book is perfect, even if Stone′s position may not be. Roger Stone may call himself a Libertarian now, but he started out as a Republican, working for the Richard Nixon campaign in 1972. He was rewarded with a job at the Office of Economic Opportunity, then later worked for Bob Dole. In 1976, Stone got on board the Ronald Reagan campaign, and again in 1980. He′s worked for many Republican candidates since then as a campaign consultant. Stone has also headed many PACs and other groups, such as the anti-Hillary Clinton org, Citizens Untied Not Timid in 2008. So it is fair to say that Roger Stone is a ′qualified insider′ when it comes to Establishment politics.

Roger Stone JFK book

The book has a number of fun revelations in it, such as how Nixon knew that Jack Ruby was a ′Johnson man′. Stone writes that in a conversation with Nixon in 1989, Nixon told him, ″The difference between me and LBJ was, we both wanted to be President but I wouldn′t kill for it.″ Stone lays out his theory that Johnson was backed up by a number of players, including the CIA, the Pentagon, the Military-Industrial Complex, the Mob and Big Texas Oil. That the actual shooter at the Texas School Book Depository was not Lee Harvey Oswald but Malcolm ′Mac′ Wallace, a known killer who may have murdered as many as 8 other people before for LBJ. Wallace′s fingerprints were allegedly found on book cartons on the 6th Floor of the building, leading credence that Oswald may have been telling the truth as being on the 2nd Floor eating lunch and winding up becoming a ′patsy′.
For those of us who have read the fictional series known as ′The Illuminati Trilogy′ by Robert Anton Wilson, John Dillinger was one amongst many trigger-men at Dealey Plaza that day. It seems that everybody wanted Kennedy dead. Assassins were literally tripping over each other for a good spot to shoot from. Communists and anti-Communists, anti-Catholics, pro-Catholics who oppose Vatican II, the Mob, the CIA, the FBI, the Pentagon, Big Business, Big Oil, Big Labor, Big Government, Small Government, etc. Everyone wanted in on ′the kill.′
