Now that the elections are over, the question is how do we survive 4 more years of Barack Obama? Is it time to bandit up to the hills or buy an old freighter for ′sea-steading′ purposes? Should we all roll up to the bar and get our fair share of food stamps, Obama-phones and other goodies to help crash the system? Businesses all across America are already laying off workers to avoid ObamaCare and other new taxes and regulations. Gun sales are way up, too, as people worry about the potential fiscal disaster we face which would spark mob violence and civil unrest. The grim facts are piling up fast!
Let us first examine the extremes. To start with, we could take solace in that the Mayans may be right! The whole world could come to an end in a few weeks on December 22, 2012 so Obama does not matter at all. Or, if you are a Christian, you may consider the reelection of Obama as a sign that we are indeed in the period of Tribulation. The seven years mentioned in the Book of Revelations paving the way for the return of Jesus Christ. Now, mind you, I am not saying that Obama is the Anti-Christ. Nor is he Satan. Either Satan or the Anti-Christ would at the very least be impressive figures, even if they are the embodiment of Evil. Obama is about as impressive as a pimple on a pig′s butt. However, if Obama′s reelection is a sign of the Tribulation, then that is a good thing for what could possibly be better than the return of Jesus?
On the other hand, Obama′s reelection could reveal the regrettable truth that America has become an Idiocracy. A nation motivated by entitlements and handouts more so than hard work and enterprise. The Obama campaign was based totally on lies and the politics of personal destruction offering no plan for its second term. The only time Obama went on the record about what he intended to do was during his interview with the editorial board of the Des Moines Register newspaper and that was under the condition that they not publish the account until AFTER the election! Item Number One, Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants!
I wrote last week that Obama′s reelection means that the era of the American Century is now officially over. That we are no longer the world′s only super power but instead, a second-rate power not unlike the UK, Russia or China. Even that status may not last long as we plunge into a deeper financial crisis as Obama continues to spend money we do not have on generally stupid things like windmills and robotic squirrels. Already we are seeing rumblings from the MidEast as the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran threaten our way of life, ready to pounce upon us at any time to impose Sharia Law here.
Naturally, Obama will insist that Sharia Law booklets be bilingual or multilingual since fewer Americans will be able to read or speak English. How long will it be before our currency, and food stamps, be English on one side and Spanish on the other? The only good news is that now with Obama being reelected, Planned Parenthood will be able to perform even more abortions in the Black and Hispanic communities than they have been through the past 80 years or so.
No, I′m not bitter. Clinging to my gun and Bible, yes, but bitter, No! In many ways I am looking forward to the New Normal as the nation is dragged through the mud by Obama. If we truly have become an Idiocracy, then there really is only one hope, a total collapse followed by a culling. On the other hand, another couple of years of Obama may awaken more Americans to the folly of Socialism. If so, then there may still be hope to turn the ship around before it sinks.

First, I’d take off the tin-foil hat, it’s hurting your ability to reason and think clearly.
Your life isn’t going to change THAT much.
November 12th, 2012 at 11:39 am
There are more useful idiots in America than I orginal believed. Maybe my life will not change that much but the future generations will not have the advantages I or my parents had and I am a minority. People voted on personality cult and not on reason or logic. The idiot’s exist polls know Obama is the cause of the bad economy but Obama is cool(Middle School thinking) Funny more Hispanic and Africans that are in the political class have a R or a high decision making position the the Republican Party than in the Democrat Party and yet the idiots vote Democrat. Why? The Media spin perception of Republicans is what the idiots believe.

“we could take solace in that the Mayans may be right! The whole world could come to an end in a few weeks”
No. It’s wishful thinking. The second coming is not coming to save us. Neither is an asteroid. We’ll be here for a long time to either suffer through this in silence or fight it.
So what to do? If you have kids you can homeschool. Protect them from the social engineering crap and shield them from colored teachers and liberal teachers who have a chip on their shoulder. You can avoid and evade taxes that way you keep more of your money while strangling the government. You can trade and barter to avoid sales tax. You can make certain your church, if you tithe, does not waste money on causes you don’t support – like helping coloreds or africans or people in third world countries; we’re going to need our own charity here. You can boycott businesses like GM and Chrysler; their union members are obamaists. You can even get your passport and leave and come back if this nonsense ever goes away.

On another note relevant to the debates.
This is from Reuters:
“The United States will overtake Saudi Arabia and Russia as the world’s top oil producer by 2017, the West’s energy agency said on Monday, predicting Washington will come very close to achieving a previously unthinkable energy self-sufficiency.
The International Energy Agency (IEA) said it saw a continued fall in U.S. oil imports with North America becoming a net oil exporter by around 2030 and the United States becoming almost self-sufficient in energy by 2035.
“The United States, which currently imports around 20 percent of its total energy needs, becomes all but self-sufficient in net terms – a dramatic reversal of the trend seen in most other energy importing countries,” it said.”

“First, I’d take off the tin-foil hat, it’s hurting your ability to reason and think clearly.”
Pot, meet kettle.
I guess you forgot the sound of all the moonbats crappin themselves over the thought of a Republican N@zi leader.
“We’s gun put y’all back in chains !!,”
From Gerbil Warming to pushing old ladies off cliffs you morons cornered the market on tin foil.
November 12th, 2012 at 2:33 pm
Buzz;
“This is from Reuters”
Aint worth the paper it was written on.
Carter said we’d run out of oil 25 years ago.
Everyone on the Hill is saying their budget proposals will eliminate our debt by 2020.
Frame that and hang it next to “Obama signs order to close Guantanamo Bay facility” and all the other stupid promises weve heard to take place in a couple years, never mind decades.
The Mid East is the single largest contributor of crude to what is a global market.
It will always be policed.
November 12th, 2012 at 2:33 pm
Sharia law?
Waiting for the decline of America to prove a point?
No one speaking English?
In the end, did you see that much of a difference between Mitt and Obama that everything turns out differently?
America will never again be the lone superpower, but that didn’t happen overnight, or in the last four years. It has been a steady decline that was years in the making and there was very little that could have been done to change that.
Empires come and go and ours happened quickly due to having a very unique system. Others have now emulated the best of what we had and also now possess natural resources (such as rare earth minerals) that provide an additional advantage
We also are in a demographic quagmire, which is killing us, Japan and Europe and will soon impact China. Having half of your population designated as seniors is not a recipe for a growing economy.
There is no right or wrong (or left or right) to these factors. “Just the facts, ma’am.”
November 12th, 2012 at 2:54 pm
“Useful idiots?”
We may have divergent opinions, but to automatically assume that not voting for Romney is for lack of logic or reason is a great leap.
Also, for all of the demographic hand-wringing that commenced at the conclusion of the election; to assume that it was all minorities for Democrats and whites for Republicans is erroneous.
While anecdotal, I do business with many people around the country and most are white, male businessmen that are over 50 and many of them voted Democratic (perhaps a 60’s hangover) in this last election.
One of the main reasons, and perhaps this is a gaping hole that the GOP can exploit, were social issues.
Many of these business associates are fiscally conservative, but could not vote for a party that was so closely tied to social issues with which they either disagreed with or were ambivalent about. (Potential Supreme Court nominations were a major factor as that is a legacy that extends long after the candidate is gone or even dead.)
Most people in this country really are in the middle on a lot of things, but because of the primaries (and various litmus tests, abortion, religion, Grover etc.) candidates (on either side) are required to take stances that they may or may not believe in.
It is probably easier for Democrats as they can exist without really announcing a lot of rigid views. Other than being pro-choice there are a lot less hurdles for them to jump through to gain a nomination.
So on behalf of a lot of old, white-guy, capitalists, the ball is in the GOP court. Many of my business associates “were” Republicans and would again, easily vote for a Republican. Again, fiscal conservatives who are, at best, ambivalent about social issues. Their votes are up for bid.

It was merely a report from the International Energy Agency, not a political statement. I swear, if I said I was certain the sun was going to rise in the East tomorrow you would take a contrary position for reasons that are unknown to me.
The fallacy is that people will think this has a benefit to the United States consumer who mistakenly thinks that it is “our oil”.
The oil belongs to the company that owns the lease and does the drilling. That oil that emanates from under U.S. soil will enter the world market and most likely end up in China (perhaps not literally, but for market purposes).
It might change some political decision relevant to the Middle East, but won’t change the price at the pump. The same report states that the price per barrel within the stated time frame will be at about $145 a barrel.
It could, however, spur the U.S. economy according to the report.
“Energy developments in the United States are profound and their effect will be felt well beyond North America – and the energy sector,” the IEA said in the annual long-term report, giving one of the most optimistic forecasts for U.S. energy production growth to date.
“The recent rebound in U.S. oil and gas production, driven by upstream technologies that are unlocking light tight oil and shale gas resources, is spurring economic activity – with less expensive gas and electricity prices giving industry a competitive edge,” it added.
It also states that the U.S. will overtake Russia to be the world’s largest producer of gas by 2017.
Hey, every now and then it is important to focus on the good news. The sky is not always falling.
November 12th, 2012 at 3:14 pm
“In the end, did you see that much of a difference between Mitt and Obama that everything turns out differently?”
Gimme a break.
Obama has run this country broker quicker than any before him.
If the next 4 years is anything like the last 4 years he will of broke all records in financial idiocy rendering us closer to collapse than ever before.
Every program that Americans are actually “entitled to” will be insolvent by 2025 and there is no repair in sight.
The idiots got what they wanted and we will all pay dearly when the dope and money runs out
November 12th, 2012 at 3:25 pm
“The idiots got what they wanted and we will all pay dearly when the dope and money runs out”
Well, then as one of those idiots I can only hope I don’t run out of dope or money.
November 12th, 2012 at 3:34 pm
The DOW is up 60% since Obama took office, I can’t survive another four years with Obama and increase’s like that, there are no entry points for income stocks, my only hope is something with Iran to crash the market, we need some type of pullback, that’s why I was cheering for Rommey/Ryan, I know that would do something somewhere to give the markets the jitters, the fiscal cliff thing is a hope for me, signed, blood sucking zombie capitalist
November 12th, 2012 at 4:49 pm
Yeah, we all saw what hope got us
November 12th, 2012 at 4:59 pm
Aww. You guys are very cute together.
November 12th, 2012 at 5:08 pm
Apocalypse Now is on AMC tonight.
Its one of those flicks you get something new from every time you watch it. Photography is always astounding.
Thank you Patrick, were always cute ‘only’ when were together. Buzz looks so adorable with the gag ball in his mouth.
November 12th, 2012 at 5:24 pm
“Buzz looks so adorable with the gag ball in his mouth”
What a very, very, strange thing to say.
Geez, I am on the wrong site.
November 12th, 2012 at 10:29 pm
I suggest that you all just leave the country.
That should do just fine.
What the heck. Leave the planet. Then maybe it will start to heal.
November 13th, 2012 at 2:17 am
My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find the majority
of your post’s to be precisely what I’m looking for.
can you offer guest writers to write content to suit your needs?
I wouldn’t mind writing a post or elaborating on some of the subjects you write with regards to here. Again, awesome blog!
November 13th, 2012 at 6:01 am
Apocalypse Now is a great film. Another movie that bears rewatching is “Paths of Glory”, Kubrick’s WWI epic. While the general view is that it is an anti-war film, in reality, it is an anti-democracy movie. The reason the French launch their suicidal attack on the Germans is because the military is pressured by newspapers and politicians, who were in turn pressured by ‘The People.’
November 13th, 2012 at 11:33 am
“I suggest that you all just leave the country.
That should do just fine.”
Yeah, maybe we should.
Of course 75% of the military will come with us, so will most of the wealth you want to steal.
In four years we’ll be on par with any other third world hell hole.
Look at the bright side, you can embrace your affirmative multiculturalism (except for fat white rich people) and your gaping ass hole will be rented out from San Francisco to Dearborn.
Then again, this post may be for naught.
Once the Muslims do away with all the liberal trash which happens to be at the top of their hit list you may not get your anal road trip.
November 13th, 2012 at 12:13 pm
“Ball gags, anal road trips, gaping assholes.”
I was right, I am on the wrong site, I thought this was for political discussion.
Have things changed?
November 13th, 2012 at 12:33 pm
“Have things changed?”
Theres not much difference between black sex and liberal politics.
Someone has to carry the whip.
But I digress.
Dressing you up in black rubber and giving you the donkey punch does get old after a while.
November 13th, 2012 at 1:37 pm
I think your comments speak for themselves.
Considering the subject matter you have chosen I think this thread should come to an inglorious end.
I have to admit, I never saw this latest manifestation coming. Very, very, weird and disturbing.
November 13th, 2012 at 1:53 pm
Its not my fault you bring out the Dominatrix in everyone.
Would you rather be a squealing pig in the Appalachians ?
Must be frustrating when you say you come here for the humor but sht yourself when the humor is about you.
November 13th, 2012 at 3:34 pm
Yeah it’s true poor Buzz doesn’t have thick skin, so leave him alone.
Sometimes I wonder why people comment. They are rarely read by people who read the authors’ articles, about 1% only, and of those who read them, less than 1% bother to comment themselves.
November 14th, 2012 at 10:09 am
I love humor and when I see it will acknowledge it as such.
I just assumed you were trolling.
November 14th, 2012 at 11:10 am
“I love humor and when I see it will acknowledge it as such.”
Does that would mean you’d laugh ?
“I just assumed you were trolling.”
The only time I ever trolled was when I was 12 and caught a 75% Mahimahi that my dad had to reel in for me.
Then there was my first acid trip.
I went sailing with freinds off Waikiki.
I was given a 50ft. rope and thrown overboard.
Dolphins were swimming next to me(true story)like Secret Service agents maybe protecting me from sharks who thought the captain was maybe using human bait.
November 14th, 2012 at 11:12 am
“Does that would mean you’d laugh ?”
Sorry bout that.
Acid can make you dickslecsick
