According to many independent observers, the real war on women is being conducted by liberals this election cycle in an effort to bully them into pro-abortion stances and other anti-family views that are the antithesis of caring mothers in our society. Mia Love (video of her speech below), the young black woman who electrified the GOP party convention with a memorable speech is the latest woman to feel their seething wrath.

Mia Love stood up for just two minutes on the opening day in a rousing oration that was missed by most people because it came early in the day when the cameras were off and the talking heads were still sleeping it off. Well educated, ambitious, self-reliant, fiercely independent, family-oriented, and both feminine and neo-feminist, Mia is the very definition of the modern Republican woman. She is a candidate for the House of Representatives in Utah and our bets are she will win her first run for office.

You can watch Mia Love’s speech in the video at the bottom. It was given in the spirit of Martin Luther King’s famous I have a Dream speech in which she describes a better America where people rise above the fray to take responsibility for their own American Dream. She says people can achieve anything by turning to the self-reliance that made America a great country, and by making a choice to reject dependence on government handouts that are championed by the current president and modern liberal movement.

In the one day since she dared to upset the status quo, liberals have conspired to defame her on television, in the newspapers, and on the web. The most glaring examples of slander came in the form of her Wikipedia entry which was repeatedly rewritten last night by multiple liberal editors.

One of the first changes was to literally call her a “dirty, worthless whore who sold out her soul in the name of big business…” You can see that edit by blowing up the Wikipedia archive entry in the gallery at the bottom of this post.

A subsequent change on Mia Love’s Wikipedia page was from another liberal editor who added that she is a “total sell-out to the Right Wing Hate Machine and the greedy bigots who control the GOP and love to see people like Mia Love exploited like the House Nigger she truly is.”

As for her actual inspiring biography, Mia Love is the daughter of penniless Haitian immigrants who rose from rags to become the mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, after serving in the city council. She is now a rising star in the GOP thanks to her memorable RNC floor speech, similar to how Barack Obama first got noticed at the 2004 DNC convention.

Mia is just 37 years old with a brilliant future ahead of her in politics. She faces incumbent Democrat Jim Matheson this year after overwhelmingly beating several more experienced men in the GOP primary fight. Mia is a Mormon and pro-life fiscal conservative. More on her biography can be found on her campaign page here, while her Twitter page (13,000 followers) and Facebook page (16,000 Likes) are here and here.
