According to the Tampa Bay Times, the GOP has announced many of the individuals who will address the Republican National Convention later this month. The speakers will represent each of the groups that encompass the Party. As well, those who have been announced represent a mix of the old and new voices of the Republicans.
Some of the more exciting speakers will be women governors, each of whom were thought of as Vice-Presidential possibilities recently, Nikki Haley of South Carolina and Susana Martinez of New Mexico. Both of these were the first women governors of their state. Martinez is the first female Hispanic governor elected in America. As well, Condi Rice, who the media fawned over as a Veep option, is also going to address the convention.
Another strong defense advocate will be the last Republican Presidential nominee, John McCain. Mike Huckabee, who also sought the nomination in 2008, and who remains one of the more popular Republicans nationally will speak and presumably galvanize the social conservatives.
The Tea Party will also be represented on the podium with John Kasich, Ohio Governor, and Rick Scott, Florida Governor., who will host the Tampa convention.
Some of the more prominent Republicans have not yet been announced as speakers, including Chris Christie, Bobby Jindal, Paul Ryan, Kelly Ayotte, and Rob Portman. Presumably, one of these, once they have been eliminated for Veep consideration, will provide the keynote speech.

Like Who, Ghostie ? Hairy Reed ?
No. Reid Might show up at the North Carolina Convention, but so many Dems have cancelled out of that Losers Fest, even he might not have the nerve to show up.
BTW : Why is an AR-15 called a ‘Squad Rifle’ when a cop kills a psycho with it, but it’s called an ‘assault rifle’ when the law abiding want one for self defense ?
