The popular Democrat mayor of Newark, New Jersey, Cory Booker, has caused quite a stir within the Barack Obama campaign over Mitt Romney and his days at Bain Capital. Responding to an attack ad by Team Obama against Romney over his record at Bain Capital, Booker this past Sunday expressed his angst on NBC′s ′Meet The Press′. Cory Booker defended Romney and Bain as providing earnings for institutions like universities, charitable foundations and even teacher and public employee unions. But after an apparent phone call from the White House, Booker is now back-tracking his statements.
What is amusing in all of this is that Cory Booker has received a considerable amount of campaign funds from Bain Capital executives since 2002. Not to mention that one such executive from Bain is also a top ′bundler′ for the Obama reelection campaign! So once again we see the hypocrisy of the Democrats, preaching class warfare and envy against Wall Street by day, while at night, attending fund raisers to get cash money from such villains! Obama, himself, doubled down yesterday during his post NATO Summit press conference, attacking Mitt Romney and his record at Bain Capital. Just last week, Obama attended a Wall Street fund raiser getting a boat load of $38,500 checks at the home of equity giant Tony James of Blackstone Group.
So this new gaffe between Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Barack Obama over Bain Capital has the Mitt Romney campaign jumping for joy. Not only does it verify just how incompetent and amateurish the Obama White House is, but reinforces the argument that Obama is clueless about how the real economy works. During his remarks on Sunday on NBC′s ′Meet The Press′, Cory Booker demonstrated far more honesty and understanding than Obama ever has. Its too bad that the Democrats have slapped Booker upside the head and forced him to do a You-Tube video back-tracking his remarks. Hey Cory! Maybe its time to jump ship before it sinks, dragging you down with it?

Booker should tell the Democrats where to take an economics 101 class. But then the Communists( AKA Democrat Party), stated by Marx, want to kill capitalism and the nuclear family. The democrats are doing a pretty good job of it here. How many jobs do not exist any more because of the Democrats policies imposed on the U.S.A. over the last 50 years.

Yup, he is just stating the obvious and so refreshing to hear there is still a patriotic American left in the Democrat fold. Sue Marie has it right. Obama is leading his party off a cliff and finally someone has had enough.
