The news service, Al Arabiya, the very first to interview Barack Obama when he was elected, caused quite a stir this week reporting on a bill being pushed through the Egyptian Parliament by the Muslim Brotherhood. The law would allow husbands to have sex with their wives up to six hours after the wife dies. The bill would also restrict women from education and employment opportunities and lower the age of marriage consent to 14 years old. Morocco cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari stated in May of 2011 that the Koran permitted men and women to have sex after death. Since Barack Obama has been a major supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood rise to power in Egypt, is he on board with this new law, too? One need only look back at his big speech in Cairo.

egypt necrophilia law

Obama said: ″That is why the U.S. government has gone to court to protect the right of women and girls to wear the hijab, and to punish those who would deny it.″ Huh? So the federal government of the United States is out to punish women and girls who do not want to wear the hijab? I suppose Obama thinks honor killings are just fine, too?

Now, getting back to Egypt, we all know how much Obama likes the Muslim Brotherhood. They are no longer considered an extremist faction, nor a pool for the recruitment of terrorists by the Obama administration. Indeed, the Obama White House was very eager to see the Muslim Brother take over in Egypt. Which brings us back to the story of the day.

There are those who are trying to claim that this story is false, that the notion of a law allowing husbands to have sex with their dead wives is a plant by supporters of former Egyptian president, Hosni Mubarak. But then, the same people also are trying to cover up much of the other news coming out of Egypt. Such as the ending of the sale of natural gas to Israel or the war against Coptic Christians within Egypt.

Representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood have been regular guests at the White House, with Obama meeting them more often than House Speaker John Boehner or Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. I′m sure that Obama was less rude to the Muslim Brotherhood than he has been to Netanyahu, leaving the Israeli PM to stew while Obama ate dinner or showing Netanyahu out the back door by the White House trash bins.

The Farewell Intercourse law, where the Muslim Brotherhood will make it legal for husbands to have sex with their wives up to six hours after death is genuine. The Hindustan Times reported yesterday that the National Council for Women in Egypt is actively opposing passage of the legislation in the Egyptian Parliament. How odd it is that while Barack Obama tries to claim that the GOP is waging a war against women here in America, just because some Republicans oppose public funds paying for free oral contraceptives, that Obama has yet to speak out against his friends in the Muslim Brotherhood. Or maybe its not so odd…?
