		<description>Thanks for the story about Giuliani&#039;s NY City.  He was a leader and manager for the ages.  Then I remember 911 and Mayor Giuliani again showed very publicly what leaders do, juxtaposed against Governor Pataki who was entirely befuddled and diminished.  

So it is one thing to have the academic theories about what to do from Professor Wilson (may he rest in peace), and quite another to have the right man brave enough and competent enough to implement them.  Wish we had comparable leadership to clean up filthy San Francisco, but there are very few Giuliani&#039;s in the world.</description>
