I’ve read that in a lot of comments at the end of the articles announcing Romney’s win, but I have seen any actual facts to back this up. I seriously doubt they bussed a bunch of people from Provo, Utah to Washington D.C.

The CPAC straw poll means little, Ron Paul won the last couple. The Washington Times poll was more realistic with 73% not wanting Mittens. One unconfirmed story is that some muck-iti-mucks from CPAC met with Romney at his hotel room and scolded him not to 'Gingrich' Santorum. Romney was not receptive to their request. Romney did win the CPAC straw poll but mainly because he bused in a bunch of stooges from Brigham Young College to cast ballots.
