The spect studies are interesting and pretty commonly done in some centers, but they lack the sensitivity of mri's and definitely pet scans. They are not up to the level of specificity that I like to see. All you did was say your opinon, but no I wouldn't say most of it was hard science. Apparently you don't really know what constitutes good science, but why should I tear that down. What you have is a home brew model that works for you, which is fine.
