While we might be pulling out of the region, keep in mind that under a more Libertarian government here, A) We'd be drilling for oil here in the USA. B) We would have fewer gun control restrictions, making a take over and occupation unlikely to succeed. C) We'd have the moral high ground again, and probably a sound currency. Two nice things that would carry a lot of weight abroad. Politically, Trump claims to be a Republican, which doesn’t mean much. I wouldn’t call him ‘Conservative’ either.
