The IRS apologizes to the Tea Party and other Conservative groups for targeting them on their 501C non-profit status. Lois Lerner, an official with the Internal Revenue Service issued the formal apology on Friday. The initial story appears to be that at least one IRS employee in Cincinnati flagged applications for non-profit status by any groups with the words ′Tea Party′ or ′Patriot′ in their names since 2011. The applications were delayed and demands were made for more information from such political groups, such as donors lists, Facebook postings, emails, and any contact with lawmakers. Congress plans to probe into this via its authority over the Treasury Department. Jay Carney says that the White House had nothing to do with the targeting. Even the ACLU is outraged over this action by our government.

ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl caused quite a stir resulting in another Jay Carney press conference that was entertaining, to say the least. Karl′s story was an expansion from previous ones done by others, such as Stephen Hayes of the Weekly Standard concerning State Department emails to the White House over the Benghazi talking points memo from last September. Fox News and CBS News had reported back then about how the memo, used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice on Sunday morning talks shows, were modified. Last September, Jay Carney said that the White House only made one minor ″stylistic″ change, referring to the consulate in Benghazi, Libya as a ″diplomatic facility.″ But Karl reported yesterday that there had been at least 12 different drafts of the memo with whole paragraphs removed or altered, including eliminating any references to Al Qaeda or the Islamic militant group, Ansar al-Sharia.

The families and supporters of members of the SEAL Team 6 unit which was lost on August 6, 2011 in Afghanistan spoke out yesterday at the National Press Club. Some believe that the unit was set-up for assassination, perhaps betrayed by Afghanis working for the Taliban, to shoot down the CH-47 Chinook helicopter carrying 38 people, including 17 Navy SEALs. But the story gets even worse as a video shows the ′ramp ceremony′ where the bodies of the dead soldiers were returned to the United States. The Pentagon and Obama administration arranged for a Muslim cleric who was allowed to essentially insult our fallen heroes, condemning them to Hell and disparaging ″the God of Moses″. The incident paints a grim and tragic picture of how the Barack Hussein Obama administration is corrupting our military services on many levels, including political correctness and Muslim ′outreach.′

Three whistle-blowers from the State Department testified yesterday at the Benghazi hearings held by the Congressional Oversight and Reform Committee. Eric Nordstrom, Mark Thompson and Gregory Hicks appeared before Darrell Issa and the rest to give their version of what happened during the terrorist attack on our facilities in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012. There was general agreement that the version of the story portrayed by the White House, and by Hillary Clinton, was inaccurate. That the Accountability Review Board was very limited in it′s investigation, never interviewing high-level officials nor even having stenographers present while taking testimony. Gregory Hicks, the Deputy Mission Chief in Libya, second only to Ambassador Chris Stevens, gave perhaps the most important statements. He said of the video-protest story which U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice presented on Sunday talk shows that he was ″stunned″ and ″embarrassed″. That ″my jaw dropped″ when he heard about her talking points.

A lot of Liberals are accusing the NRA of selling the ′Obama Zombie Target′, bleeding torso at their convention this past weekend. But, of course, this is not true! In fact, the NRA officials told the vendor, Zombie Industries, to not sell them. The company, based in San Diego, sells a wide range of bleeding , life-like zombie torso targets, including a line of zombie ex-girlfriends, for shooters to practice on. Poor taste or fun, you decide? The company′s products have been seen on TV shows, such as the zombie gun episode of Sons of Guns on The Discovery Channel. Yet, the Far-Left, including MSNBC Al Sharpton, are accusing the National Rifle Association for this product when, in fact, they stopped sales of them at their convention. The company notes that the target in question is named Rocky, and is described as a former boxer from Detroit, now turned into a zombie following the Zombie Apocalypse.

It is May 1st, May Day 2013, a high-holy day for Socialists worldwide. So how will Barack Obama celebrate this holiday? Call for more taxes? Defend late-term abortions? Give more money to Islamic Fascists? Who can say? But last night, Dr. Michael Savage had a very interesting radio show on how we are still living in the shadows of the Vietnam War. How the current Establishment is now made up mostly of anti-war, pro-Communist supporters and radicals, including Barack Hussein Obama. Savage went down this road due to a new film documentary by Michael Jorgensen entitled ′Unclaimed′. It is the true story of a Green Beret, John Robertson, who was reportedly killed when his helicopter was shot down over Laos in 1968. But Robertson was captured alive and held in captivity for many years. Tortured and beaten, his body and mind broken, Robertson was essentially dumped in the jungle well after the war ended. A local Vietnamese woman found him and nursed him back to health and eventually married him. Now known as Hugh Tran, the 76-year old man has chosen to remain in Vietnam with his new family despite still having one here.

Several news services, including Fox News and CBS News, are reporting that at least four whistle-blowers from the CIA and State Department are getting lawyers after being threatened by the Barack Obama administration. It would seem that the White House does not want them to talk with members of Congress, or the Media. But some are and the information they are providing is quite disturbing. Fox News aired the first segment of a three-part interview last night with one ′special ops operator′ who claims that there was a 40-man military unit in the region that was specifically trained for responding to an attack like the one in Benghazi, Libya which ended with four Americans killed, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Also, that there were at least 22 other military and CIA combat-trained ′shooters′ in Tripoli who could have been sent to Benghazi, but never were.

Barack Obama talks a lot and carries a wet noodle when it comes to Syria and the chemical weapons ′Red Line.′ For months, the White House has stated that should Syrian President Bashar Assad use chemical weapons against his own people, that such would be a ′game changer′, bringing down the full wrath of the United Nations and the United States. But the alleged evidence of a recent attack by the Assad regime of Sarin gas is sketchy at best. Some sources attribute the chemical attack, if it did happen at all, as being committed by the rebel forces using an improvised chlorine-based gas.
