Obama Wimps Out on Syria Chemical Weapons Red Line

Barack Obama talks a lot and carries a wet noodle when it comes to Syria and the chemical weapons ′Red Line.′ For months, the White House has stated that should Syrian President Bashar Assad use chemical weapons against his own people, that such would be a ′game changer′, bringing down the full wrath of the United Nations and the United States. But the alleged evidence of a recent attack by the Assad regime of Sarin gas is sketchy at best. Some sources attribute the chemical attack, if it did happen at all, as being committed by the rebel forces using an improvised chlorine-based gas.

Rice Withdraws her Secretary of State Candidacy

Ambassador Susan Rice, the United States Ambassador to the United Nations, has recently been rumored to be a top choice for the next Secretary of State. She has denied these rumors, and so has the White House. But recently, she has responded to them, and has identified that she is no longer next in line for Hillary Clinton’s current gig. This is all after Right-wing attacks on her credentials, her controversial comments on Libya, and her displayed lack of political leadership at the United Nations (Which is seen through several key U.N. votes).

Syria Massacre in Houla, Hama – Obama Quiet

More signs of the depravity of Bashar Assad in Syria as his loyalist troops conducted massacres in the pro-rebel towns of Houla and Hama. According to reports, some 108 civilians were killed over the weekend. Less than twenty died from indirect fire of combat, such as artillery and airstrikes. The rest, including as many as 49 children, some infants, were found to have been murdered, execution-style, in their homes when raided by pro-Assad forces. Barack Obama has been far in the background, letting the United Nations and its special envoy, Kofi Annan, deal with Syria. Rupert Colville, a spokesman for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, confirmed to the BBC that the latest atrocities were performed by the Assad regime.

Obama tells Syrian Freedom Fighters Tough Luck

Barack Obama, who was so quick to help out George Soros, big banks and big oil when their interests in Libya were threatened by revolution, has decided to pass on helping freedom fighters overthrow the dictatorship in Syria. Oh sure, we submitted a resolution to the United Nations Security Council, just as Obama did in the case of Libya, after another reported massacre of hundreds of civilians in the city on Homs. But since Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad has friends in Russia, China and Iran, the resolution went nowhere. Obama then went one step further saying that the situation can be resolved without the use of military forces. Oh really?

The Sad Tale of 50 Million Global Warming Refugees

This is the sad, sad tale of the 50 million global warming refugees that the UN warned us about. Oh, it isn’t sad because there are any 50 million refugees, it’s sad because people believed that there were going to be 50,000 refugees due to global warming. After all, these purported refugees never materialized.

Back in 2005 the U.N. had determined that by 2010 there would be some 50 million refugees thrown out of their homes because of the ravages of globaloney. As Aaron Worthington says, that prediction came up short of the mark “by only around 50 million.” When the UN was at the height of its great global warming scam, the United Nations Environment Programme predicted that by 2010 there would be 50 million people driven from their homes as a result of globaloney.

U.N. names Mazlan Othman Alien – UFO ambassador

The United Nations (U,N.) has named Malaysian astrophysicist Mazlan Othman to be the official ‘greeter’ should aliens from another planet land on Earth in their UFOs. Some might argue that the job should handled by a politician, such as the President of the United States, or Russia, China or the European Union. Even the Pope of the Catholic Church may be a suitable choice. But Mazlan Othman has gotten the job. Why not, she is already the director of the United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA).

The annual festival stems from a mysterious crash northwest of Roswell in 1947. The Army initially said it was a UFO crash, but quickly backed off that report. The Pentagon has since said it was a top-secret balloon crash, but UFO enthusiasts don''t believe that story, which gives rise to what has become known as the 'Roswell Incident'. Cancer Costliest Disease – Obama Death Panel Retracts Cancer Drug Use

A new report to the United Nations General Assembly by the World Health Organization (WHO) calls cancer the costliest disease. Dr. Otis Brawley of the American Cancer Association calls cancer an economic killer. The Food and Drug Administration advisory panel which regulates approval of drug use has now decided to drop plans to allow Avastin to be used to treat breast cancer.

Heavy gloves often must be worn as some of the drugs are strong enough to burn through skin. Innovations in cancer treatment, such as more precise doses for chemotherapy drugs and high-tech radiation machines, are making the treatment of the disease more effective than ever. Korea, The Forgotten War We’re Still Fighting 60 Years Later

Today marks the 60th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War. North Korean forces swarmed across the border, the 38th Parallel, into South Korea. President Harry Truman called the invasion a “bandit raid” and our response a “police action”. The United States led a coalition of United Nations forces to repel the North Koreans. Under the leadership of General Douglas MacArthur, a brilliant amphibious assault at Inchon relieved retreating troops near Pusan. Cut off, the North Korean army collapsed and were routed. But victory was short-lived as China joined the fight, turning the “police action” into a three-year bloodbath testing the ideologies of Communism and the West. Read the rest of this entry »
