Could it be that a little common sense has prevailed concerning Fort Hood? Independent and former Democratic Vice-Presidential nominee Joe Lieberman says the Fort Hood shootings were the work of a “home grown” terrorist. Lieberman made the statement on Fox News Sunday citing initial reports about the shooter.
In most cases so far, where the media or politicians are concerned, folks have chosen to take the politically correct route and blame PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) or some other mental ailment for the massacre at Fort Hood, Texas.
Meet Ahmed Wali Karzai, who happens to be Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai’ brother – CIA payroll is the word, apparently for years stretching back into the early days of the Bush Administration and continuing to this day under Barack Obama. Although he is not technically classified as a CIA agent, Karzai’s brother has been paid for a variety of “services” according to reports. Those services include recruiting and training the paramilitary army which is operated by the CIA in southern Afghanistan.

Muntadhar al-Zeidi freed early? That is the word coming out of Iraq. He is the George Bush shoe thrower who posed as a journalist at an Iraqi press conference in 2008. You all remember, sure you do. Our nimble president deftly ducked the bullet while Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki of Iraq looked aghast and liberals everywhere cheered the insult to their country. And so the Bush shoe thrower received a long, long prison sentence in a harsh Iraq jail where nobody complains about water-boarding or wearing panties on their heads. They have other more worthwhile concerns when the punishment fits the crime.
In the latest hair-raising travel news, we can tell you that a plane lands on Highway 101 in Southern California on the morning of August 23rd, 2009. This is probably a great excuse to show an airplane crash video but we will refrain from such indulgences.
