Holly Paz Confirms Washington DC Connection With IRS Scandal

IRS supervisor Holly Paz confirmed this weekend that she was involved in some, about 20 or so, of the Tea Party targeting cases by the Internal Revenue Service. This contradicts the previous story promoted by the Barack Obama administration that only a couple of IRS agents in Cincinnati were responsible for delaying and harassing Tea Party and other Conservative groups seeking tax exempt status. Paz, spilled the beans to Congressional investigators, has been placed on suspension from her job. This comes after one of the Cincinnati agents, Elizabeth Hofacre, fingered IRS lawyer Carter Hull as ″micromanaging″ her in regards to targeting groups politically opposed to the Obama administration. This all flies in the face of testimony given by top IRS officials from Lois Lerner, Steve Miller and Douglas Shulman.

Taco Bell Employee Thinks He’s Michael Douglas

An unnamed Taco Bell employee has been fired after he posted photos on his Facebook page of himself licking a stack of taco shells. The Taco Bell firing assures the public that this incident took place during a training session at a California location, so none of the affected taco shells were served to the general population. The gross Taco Bell licker got what he deserved. Hopefully, all future, potential employers will take heed of this cretin and not hire him. To the larger issue, we are seeing more Facebook pictures going viral causing problems in the workplace.

Michele Bachmann Won’t Seek Reelection, Will Leave House After Fourth Term

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann won′t seek reelection in 2014 and will leave the House of Representatives after serving her fourth term in office. The Minnesota Republican has not specified any future plans of yet. Many Democrat and Liberal pundits are already bashing her, saying that her decision not to run again is due to an on-going investigation by the Federal Election Commission into her 2012 presidential campaign. Or that she might not be able to win a 5th term after a narrow victory over Jim Graves in 2012. They say that Michele Bachmann faces an existential threat in 2014 as Graves is already fund raising for a rematch. There is also the matter of the Michele Bachmann Iowa court date, set for May, 2014, in a lawsuit about her allegedly obtaining an email list of a home school group. Bachmann is among the favorites of the Tea Party, along with Sarah Palin and Allen West. So will Liberals miss not having her to kick around any more?

Lois Lerner, IRS Official Takes The Fifth

Lois Lerner, the IRS official takes the Fifth Amendment as she appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday. In short, she declined to answer any questions put to her as the answers may be self-incriminating after reading an opening statement. The House is probing the IRS scandal of targeting the Tea Party and other Conservative and religious groups seeking to obtain a tax exempt, non-profit status, such as 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4). Two weeks ago, Lerner made the situation public during a press conference at a legal seminar, apologizing for such groups being placed on a ′Be-On-the-Look-Out′, or BOLO, list. She had stated that the incident was isolated to one IRS office in Cincinnati and perhaps by just a few, rogue employees. We now know that the question asked which prompted he revelation and apology was staged by Lerner and other government officials, possibly including some from the Barack Obama White House.

Obama – IRS Chief Steven Miller Steps Down

Barack Obama announced yesterday that Steven Miller, the acting head of the Internal Revenue Service, is stepping down as the IRS – Tea Party scandal appears to be widening in scope. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney refused to answer many new questions from the press, citing an ′ongoing investigation′ by the Justice Department. However, we are learning that the bureaucratic tom-foolery went well beyond just non-profit groups with ′Tea Party′ or ′9/12 Project′ in their names. Many groups dedicated to teaching the Constitution were also targeted, as well as some religious groups, including pro-Jewish organizations and Christians. We have also learned this week that many Liberal and Progressive groups were essentially ′rubber-stamped′ gaining their non-profit status, including one organization run by Obama′s half-brother.

Another Day…, Another Obama Scandal…

Move over Obama-IRS scandal. Make some room, Benghazi-Gate. Barack Obama and his administration find themselves embroiled in yet another new scandal. This time over the Justice Department secretly seizing the phone records of the Associated Press! Yes, the call logs of at least 20 phone accounts, including some home and cell phone numbers, were obtained by the Justice Department as part of an investigation into National Security leaks. As many as 100 AP reporters and some editors may have been the subject of this secret probe as Obama-plumbers try to plug leaks stemming from a terror plot from Yemen which was exposed. Yet another indication of the contempt the Obama White House has for the press, as well as average Americans like those of the Tea Party and other groups who were the target of bureaucratic mischief by the Internal Revenue Service. Just as Obama and his minions showed contempt as they and underlings in the State Department lied to cover up mistakes made during the Benghazi terror attack.

IRS Apologizes to Tea Party, Conservative Groups for Targeting

The IRS apologizes to the Tea Party and other Conservative groups for targeting them on their 501C non-profit status. Lois Lerner, an official with the Internal Revenue Service issued the formal apology on Friday. The initial story appears to be that at least one IRS employee in Cincinnati flagged applications for non-profit status by any groups with the words ′Tea Party′ or ′Patriot′ in their names since 2011. The applications were delayed and demands were made for more information from such political groups, such as donors lists, Facebook postings, emails, and any contact with lawmakers. Congress plans to probe into this via its authority over the Treasury Department. Jay Carney says that the White House had nothing to do with the targeting. Even the ACLU is outraged over this action by our government.

We’re gonna go off the cliff

Unfortunately, we’re going to go off the Fiscal Cliff. Our Washington Lawmakers have started their vacations, the President is in Hawaii, and Nancy Pelosi’s vacation starts Monday. Negotiations have stopped (as of now), and even though the GOP has stated that they will stay in Washington to work something out, they probably won’t. If a major deal would have been made, it would have been made weeks ago. I predict that a deal will be made, somewhere in the $50-80 Billion dollar range, holding up the Government for a few more weeks.
