Right Pundits

Several news services, including Fox News and CBS News, are reporting that at least four whistle-blowers from the CIA and State Department are getting lawyers after being threatened by the Barack Obama administration. It would seem that the White House does not want them to talk with members of Congress, or the Media. But some are and the information they are providing is quite disturbing. Fox News aired the first segment of a three-part interview last night with one ′special ops operator′ who claims that there was a 40-man military unit in the region that was specifically trained for responding to an attack like the one in Benghazi, Libya which ended with four Americans killed, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Also, that there were at least 22 other military and CIA combat-trained ′shooters′ in Tripoli who could have been sent to Benghazi, but never were.

The Boston bombing suspect family say their children are being framed is just one of the Boston Marathon bombing conspiracy theories that have emerged this week. Anzor and Zubeidat Tsarnaeva are the father and mother of bombing suspects Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev. They are not alone as Alex Jones and his pals at Prison-Planet/Info-Wars are also knee-deep in the frame-up theory. One of their ′citizen journalists′ made quite a spectacle of himself at the police press conferences Monday and Wednesday raising the issue of the Boston bombings being ′False Flag′ operations. Of course, my personal favorite conspiracy theory is one that I am starting about how Columbia University in New York City has already offered Dzhokhar Tsarnaev a job teaching International Studies if he ever gets out of prison.

Did you happen to catch the Bill O′Reilly – Laura Ingraham scuffle the other night on Fox News? It was amusing to say the least. The Leprechaun was in a lather about his referring to Rush Limbaugh as a ′bible thumper′ last week when gay marriage was the big story. Ingraham defended Rush, saying Bill was wrong for saying what he did. O′Reilly would have none of that and shouted down Laura several times during the exchange. Meanwhile, ′The Great One′, Mark Levin, was having his own issues with a Foxy News pundit. Dana ′RINO′ Perino, one of the many co-hosts of ′The Five′ said that Dr. Ben Carson is doing too many talk shows after he appeared as a guest with Levin. Back at El Rancho de Rushbo, Limbaugh dismissed the alleged O′Reilly incident as just white noise. So what on Earth is going on? Are Conservatives being slighted by the Fox News Channel?

Score one for Bob Beckel as CBS apologizes for last week′s Amazing Race Vietnam episode! As I wrote the other day, the Fox News Channel co-host, Bob Beckel, was outraged when his fellow co-host of ′The Five′, Greg Gutfeld, inventor of the ′leg-chair′, reported about the reality game show. Contestants were tasked in Hanoi, Vietnam to memorize and recite a song glorifying Communism and Ho Chi Minh, then find clues at the crash site of an American B-52 bomber. Two crewmen were known to be killed when that plane was shot down and the rest were imprisoned at the notorious ′Hanoi Hilton′ POW camp. Beckel demanded that CBS executive Les Moonves and series producer Jerry Bruckheimer issue an apology. Last night, the show′s host, Phil Keoghan read a ′voice-over′ a text graphic apologizing at the beginning of the show. Update: Executive Producer Jerry Bruckheimer issued his own Amazing Race apology yesterday.

Bob Beckel, the Liberal-Democrat co-host of the Fox News Channel talk show ′The Five′, is demanding an apology from CBS! On Wednesday, fellow ′Five′ co-host, Greg Gutfeld, vented about how last Sunday′s episode of ′The Amazing Race′ featured contestants in Hanoi, Vietnam. The reality game show has pairs of contestants traveling the globe, performing tasks to obtain clues to advance further in the game. In Hanoi, they were tasked to memorize and recite a Vietnamese ′patriotic′ song, glorifying Communism. One of the special clues led players to a war memorial, consisting of the remains of a B-52 bomber which had been shot down, killing two of the American crewmen and the rest were captured, beaten and tortured in the infamous ′Hanoi Hilton′ POW camp. Several efforts by Beckel to obtain a comment from CBS executive Les Moonves or the show′s head producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, have so far failed to receive a response.

Bill O′Reilly got hot under his well-ironed collar last night calling Alan Colmes a liar. The Fox News Channel battle royale took place during a weekly segment featuring the toadish-Liberal Colmes and his sister-in-law, Conservative Monica Crowley. Big Bill pressured Colmes to name one spending program that Barack Hussein Obama has actually cut since taking office in 2009. Instead, Colmes babbled away with the usual Democrat talking points issued by the White House about how Obama has cut $2.5 in spending for every $1 in tax increases. But, as we all know from the big Fiscal Cliff fight, the actual ratio is $1 in reduced spending increases for every $50 or so of additional tax revenue. So is it any wonder that the King of Leprechauns would lose his cool?

According to Politico, Fox News has decided not to re-sign Dick Morris to a new contract. Morris has not been on the network for months following last November’s election, when he repeatedly claimed that Mitt Romney would win in a landslide.
