Holly Paz Confirms Washington DC Connection With IRS Scandal

IRS supervisor Holly Paz confirmed this weekend that she was involved in some, about 20 or so, of the Tea Party targeting cases by the Internal Revenue Service. This contradicts the previous story promoted by the Barack Obama administration that only a couple of IRS agents in Cincinnati were responsible for delaying and harassing Tea Party and other Conservative groups seeking tax exempt status. Paz, spilled the beans to Congressional investigators, has been placed on suspension from her job. This comes after one of the Cincinnati agents, Elizabeth Hofacre, fingered IRS lawyer Carter Hull as ″micromanaging″ her in regards to targeting groups politically opposed to the Obama administration. This all flies in the face of testimony given by top IRS officials from Lois Lerner, Steve Miller and Douglas Shulman.

Sarah Palin vs Jeb Bush on Immigrants being more Fertile

Sarah Palin has chimed in on the remarks made Friday by Jeb Bush about immigrants being more fertile. Speaking before the Faith and Freedom Coalition on Saturday, Palin responded saying it′s ″touchy territory to want to debate this over one race′s fertility rate over another, and I say this as someone who is kind of fertile, myself.″ Jeb Bush, who is clearly preparing to make a run for the White House in 2016, spoke to the same group the day before, calling for immigration reform. Not only did he say that immigrants are more fertile, but are more ″vital to the economy″, apparently than current citizens. This seems to be part of his strategy to help the Republican Party attract votes from both the Hispanics as well as younger population. For Sarah Palin, this is an opportunity to stir the pot as she makes her return to the Fox News Channel on Monday.

Bill Clinton Parts Ways With Obama – ‘Look Like A Total Fool’

Former President Bill Clinton parts ways with Barack Obama on the subject of U.S. intervention in Syria. The Politico reports to have an audio recording of a conference on Tuesday held by the Institute for International Leadership in Manhattan. Clinton appeared with Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and trashed the White House handling of the unrest in Syria. In regards to the unrest to oust President Bashar Assad from office, Clinton questioned America′s commitment under Obama′s leadership. Big Bill told McCain that he agrees with him about getting more involved directly with Syria, despite critics who say the country is ″a big mess.″ Clinton went on to say that Obama would look like a ″wus″ and a ″total fool″ if he fails to act more aggressively.

Edward Snowden Fired as NSA Leaker gets Trashed by Establishment

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden was fired by Boos Allen Hamilton on Tuesday. The defense and intelligence contractor issued a statement saying that Snowden was fired, ″for violations of the form′s code of ethics and firm policy.″ Well, what did you expect them to say? Since BAH is a private corporation, they are less likely to hand out bonuses and promotions to employees who bend the rules and break the law. Unlike those who do so in the Barack Obama administration, IRS, GSA or State Department. Meanwhile, the NSA leaker is getting raked over the coals by the Establishment media. After Guardian reporter Glen Greenwald made sport of MSNBC bubble-brain Mika Brzezinski, she, and apparently the rest of the network, are refusing to call Snowden a whistleblower. Joe ′Schmoe′ Scarborough even went as far as to describe Snowden as looking like a weasel. I wonder if he thinks Ben Affleck is also a weasel for sporting the ′unshaved′ look?

Can Rand Paul Save America From NSA and Obama?

Can Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) save America from Barack Obama and the NSA snooping scandal? Appearing on Fox News Sunday, Sen. Paul said that he is looking for 10 million Americans to join him in filing a class action lawsuit before the Supreme Court to stop the Obama regime from trashing the Fourth Amendment. He is also proposing to present legislation in the Senate to reinforce the 4th Amendment and trim the fat of the Patriot Act. Mind you, Rand Paul has no problem with the NSA surveillance of suspected terrorists. But obtaining blanket FISA court orders to allow for the wholesale, NSA spying of all phone records and Internet activity goes way beyond the limits our Constitution places upon the federal government. Would you support Rand Paul in his efforts to reform the National Security Agency?

NSA Whistleblower, Edward Snowden – Leaker Goes Public in Hong Kong

Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower who outed the U.S, government data-snooping programs, has gone public. The NSA leaker is in Hong Kong and admits that he was the source for the UK Guardian story that blew the lid off of the Obama administration domestic spying activities. Snowden, 29, is a former CIA/NSA employee who currently is a private contractor for the NSA. At least, he was up until he revealed the details of the National Security Agency programs of PRISM and Boundless Informant. He has also begun telling other tales, such as a CIA operation to recruit a Swiss banker in 2007. In order to get the banker to cough up the secrets of the Swiss banking system, a CIA agent got him drunk and set him up to be arrested for drunk driving. Then the agent bailed him out and successfully recruited their new banking spy.

Privacy or Security – A Fair Trade?

With the ongoing debate over the Obama administration and the NSA snooping scandal, the basic question is whether trading privacy for security is a fair trade? Is the presumed added protection worth the loss of freedom? Those of us whom are not Low Information Voters recall what Benjamin Franklin said on the subject. ″They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.″ Barack Obama and his National Intelligence Director, James Clapper, see things differently. They think that trading privacy for security is just fine. Clapper is more upset about the National Security Agency program, PRISM, being leaked and made public than how it has been spying on all, and I mean ALL, Americans. But the spying does not stop just there.

Obama on NSA Surveillance Scandal – ‘Trust Us’

Big Brother Barack Obama spoke yesterday on the NSA phone surveillance scandal, side-stepping a reporter′s question by telling the American people to trust the government. But that may be a lost cause now since the UK Guardian broke the story of the National Security Agency mining the meta-data records of Verizon Communications and their 120 million customers. Then the Wall Street Journal confirmed my prediction from two days ago that other phone services, AT&T and Sprint, were also part of the NSA data-mining program. Then the UK Telegraph reported that the NSA has a program known as PRISM which is mining data from the Internet, including not only emails, but also chat-room conversations, web browsing and even your log-in information. Then the Washington Post reports that the NSA is also data-mining credit card transactions! So, our government is using laws intended to monitor international terrorism to domestically spy on over 300 Million Americans! We are still at just the beginning of the snooping scandal with more facts sure to come.
