Score one for Bob Beckel as CBS apologizes for last week′s Amazing Race Vietnam episode! As I wrote the other day, the Fox News Channel co-host, Bob Beckel, was outraged when his fellow co-host of ′The Five′, Greg Gutfeld, inventor of the ′leg-chair′, reported about the reality game show. Contestants were tasked in Hanoi, Vietnam to memorize and recite a song glorifying Communism and Ho Chi Minh, then find clues at the crash site of an American B-52 bomber. Two crewmen were known to be killed when that plane was shot down and the rest were imprisoned at the notorious ′Hanoi Hilton′ POW camp. Beckel demanded that CBS executive Les Moonves and series producer Jerry Bruckheimer issue an apology. Last night, the show′s host, Phil Keoghan read a ′voice-over′ a text graphic apologizing at the beginning of the show. Update: Executive Producer Jerry Bruckheimer issued his own Amazing Race apology yesterday.

Bob Beckel, the Liberal-Democrat co-host of the Fox News Channel talk show ′The Five′, is demanding an apology from CBS! On Wednesday, fellow ′Five′ co-host, Greg Gutfeld, vented about how last Sunday′s episode of ′The Amazing Race′ featured contestants in Hanoi, Vietnam. The reality game show has pairs of contestants traveling the globe, performing tasks to obtain clues to advance further in the game. In Hanoi, they were tasked to memorize and recite a Vietnamese ′patriotic′ song, glorifying Communism. One of the special clues led players to a war memorial, consisting of the remains of a B-52 bomber which had been shot down, killing two of the American crewmen and the rest were captured, beaten and tortured in the infamous ′Hanoi Hilton′ POW camp. Several efforts by Beckel to obtain a comment from CBS executive Les Moonves or the show′s head producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, have so far failed to receive a response.

Hollywood and other celebrity idiots are always fun when they pontificate on politics. Comedian Chris Rock spoke out in favor of the Barack Obama gun control plan, telling White voters that Obama should be obeyed because Obama is our ′Boss′ and ′Dad′ of the nation! Apparently, Rock missed that day in school where the concept of our elected officials were suppose to be working for us, The People, and not the other way around. Chris Rock instead chooses to think of America as just like your typical, Third-World dictatorship, built around a personality cult of a strong-man leader. Not only is Obama not our boss, nor our father, but he is not even a ′strong-man′! More like a ′straw-man′ is closer to the truth…

Film maker Oliver Stone and historian Peter Kuznick were interviewed by Russia Today, RT, and the tone was very negative towards Barack Obama. Stone describes America this way, ″It is an Orwellian state.″ As for Obama, Stone says that, ″I think under the disguise of sheep′s clothing he has been a wolf.″ Kuznick and Stone have completed a new series for Showtime, ′The Untold History of the United States.′ The problem they have with Obama is that he has taken the Bush-era, post-9/11 domestic security structure and has reinforced it. Stone says he had ″high hopes″ when Obama was first elected, but now considers the Obama presidency as, ″the second administration that is living outside the law and does not respect the law and foundations of our system an he is a constitutional lawyer, you know.″ Could this be one of the reasons why there is so little enthusiasm for Obama’s second inauguration?

What do you get when you mix Liberal celebrities with kooky politics and MSNBC? You get scenes like the other day when Mr. Day-O, singer Harry Belafonte, tells the Reverend Al Sharpton that Barack Obama should lock up all of his opposition and ″work like a Third World dictator.″ Yes, another pearl of wisdom aired during Politics Nation on MSNBC! You know darn well that Sharpton would like nothing better than to see Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity and the entire line of on-air personalities at the Fox News Channel locked up, if not executed. Especially that Neil Cavuto after he abruptly ended an interview with some dopey Democrat Congresswoman who refused to answer his question about the Fiscal Cliff. But is Harry Belafonte laying the groundwork for Obama to establish himself as a dictator and setting the stage for a third term in office?

If you watch the Lena Dunham Obama ad video, it is fairly clear that the HBO ′Girls′ creator is trying to represent voting for Barack Obama as the same as losing one′s virginity. We have known all along that Obama would have secured the ′all important′ voting blocks of porn stars, prostitutes, floozies, and nymphomaniacs. Not to mention Hollywood idiots and generally stupid people. Personally, I think the ad is accurate in that a vote for Obama is indeed synonymous with throwing away your innocence. After all, once you side with Obama, then you share the blame for the stark realities of ′The New Normal.′ But to take this ad seriously, that Obama is somehow a great guy, supporting the Lilly Ledbetter Act, birth control and worthy of your first time voting is just too much, even for the delusional Team Obama.

Comedian Sarah Silverman′s dad slams Rabbi Yaakov Rosenblatt for an open letter he wrote last week for the Jewish Press. The rabbi took issue with a new You Tube video Sarah made promoting Barack Obama for president. He did not appreciate her attempt to twist scriptures in her rant entitled, ′Let My People Vote.′ The rabbi went on to criticize Silverman for her life style choices of being 42, single and no plans to marry or raise children. Perhaps more importantly, the rabbi correctly pointed out that the underlying reason for these choices is less to do with politics and more so to do with her profession of tearing down life at every corner, whereas aspiring to raise a family is an affirmation of life itself.

I watch Morning Joe on MSNBC about once a week or so. At first, I thought that Mika Brzezinski served a useful function on the show. She was sort of like their Alan Colmes. Remember him; he was the hapless liberal foil on Hannity and Colmes on Fox. His main job was to say, ‘Let’s go to commercial’. Eventually Fox realized that this wasn’t an essential feature of the program, so he left.
